The location of these apartments is very good and they have everything including iron and safe. The size is also very good for Paris hotel and breakfast was good. ***Bed bugs*** On my first night I noticed a couple of bites these very quickly escalated and now I literally have hundreds. These are extremely itchy, swollen, ugly and very uncomfortable. I even have them on my face. I read online that this could continue for up to two weeks!!! Hell to pay. I did contact the hotel and they say they would 'resentisive' the room but I've now read online that other visitors have complained about bed bugs in this hotel. Spending a fortune on anti-histamines, cream and washing everything I own including suitcase. I've photographic proof.

The location was great! Very central to all of Paris The internet was terribly slow. I mean it was slow!!!!!! The room was extremely hot and stuffy even after I turned on the ac (it honestly only blew warm air), the staff was were a bit rude and our hotel and room key was literally deactived a few minutes before check-out time.

Great location and overall a good experience of a mid-range global hotel / service apartment chain. Fold out bed and location of room down a service corridor was disappointing.

I did mostly everything specially the staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Again I don't have any complaint only that the breakfast is a little expensive for what it is.

The location is excellent, a short walk away from two Metro line 5 stations and a little bit longer walk away from the Bastille station (with many lines), and the number 69 bus stop is right across the street (you can take it to the Eiffel Tower or the Pere Lachaise Cemetery). And there are plenty of supermarkets restaurants and boulangeries and patisseries in easy walking distance, as well as the main Marais area with all its shops and historic sites and churches, etc. Our room was very quiet--we heard neither outside traffic or next door neighbors. The staff were friendly and had good English. Free coffee and tea were available 24-7. The room was spacious and the kitchen small but helpful and just right. For a sofa bed, our bed was pretty firm and comfortable enough. And on Thursday and Sunday mornings, there's a big market on Blvd. Richard Lenoir. One elevator was out of action and had no signs of being repaired while we were there for two nights and three days, so sometimes we had to wait to use it a bit. For some reason, our room had no top sheet or blanket etc. for the sofa-bed, but their absence must have been a mistake, and after we asked for them, it was OK.

Comfortable twin beds, loved the kitchen, dishwasher included. Quit studio (also accessible for the disabled). Friendly staff. Parking place beneath the hotel and free wifi. A lovely place to stay. Preferences as opted by Booking.com did not come through. We wanted twin beds. The staff had to do their utmost to to fulfill our wishes.

The Friendly very helpfull patient staff . Very well equipped comfortable apartment. Room to stuffy at night the airconditioning did'nt go cool enough and as we where on the 1st floor with a large shared balcony at the back of the hoteldid'nt feel safe enough to have the window open. Had we been on a higher floor the probelm would not have arisen

I was in Paris for work and I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. I find useful that there is a small kitchen in the room, which gives you the possibiltity to eat in the room. This is the first hotel that I visit where there is an iron in the room! Very very useful!!!! The Hotel is near to the metro station so you can reach any destination withouto problem. There is a supermarket just in front of the hotel and the free WiFi is good.

perhaps we had the best room with a balcony, thank you! Near metro and grocery market that works on Sunday and Thursday. Room quiet even with the windows on the street (we had 3 windows). In Paris, a good transportation network, a short ride to anywhere. The staff speaks English, friendly. Our vacation was a success thanks to Citadines Bastille Marais Paris, next time going back to live here. Thanks for the birthday greetings! we asked to change the towels every other day for a fee, about 2 times forgotten, and changed the last 2 days in a row.

My second visit and we had a very nice studio with a balcony. The beds were very comfortable and we had soem extras such as a robe and some food essentials. it is very well located only a few stops from Gare du Nord and close to 2 Metro stations as well as a bus 69 which goes to the Eiffel Tower past the Louvre and the Musee D'Orsay. The staff are very friendly and even give you a 'chariot' for the supermarket Casino which is situated just opposite the apartments. They also allowed us to check out at 13.00. Rooms at the back are very quiet. They do not clean the rooms but that is Ok for a few nights and you can lie in without being disturbed. They provide you with extra towels.

100 metres from Metro and supermarket. Market and walking around. Unlike previous Citadine studio apartments we've had, this one had permanent bed not foldaway type that gave you a sofa and more living space. Also, no oven. Compromise was having a microwave and dishwasher instead.

Nothing at all. #The staff were rude and unhelpful and did not speak any english. #The discription of the hotel on your website gave the perception it was clean, new, had large rooms and was in a good location. All incorrect, the hotel was dirty and old. The room/beds, toilet/shower were all together maybe 2x2 metres. The elevator was only just big enough for one person and was really slow. #The location is only 4-5kms away from the centre of the city. But the suburb is in a lower class area. A lot of rubbish, homeless people and you would swear you were in africa and the middle east. #It was massively overpriced. We found another hotel double/triple the size, new, clean, great services and facitlities, polite/helpful staff and in the middle of the Bastille district for about $50 a night cheaper. When we cheacked out and moved to a new hotel and area

Its location on Richard Lenoir near the Bastille monument was new to us and we found it interesting, with access to the more tourist-oriented Marais a short walk away. The room was reasonably well-equipped, and this allowed us to make breakfast in the room (a short work to a neighbouring street for wonderful bread and croissants), and more ambitious meals would have been possible. Our back-facing room was quiet, though at night the street was relatively quiet anyway. Possibly some larger cups or mugs would have been helpful.

Multi-lingual, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Being able to prepare food/snacks in the room. Having a balcony with table and chairs so could sit out in the evenings. It would have been better if full bin/garbage bags could have been left outside the room door for collection instead of having to find ones way to a central disposal point. Would have liked a movie channel in English or in French but with English subtitles.

Location is very good close to metro only 100m away and close to a number of interesting sights. Very convenient is a new supermarket across road about 150 m away if you want to cook in which we preferred being a family and we had full kitchen facilities in one of the apartments within the hotel. The only complaint is the carpet was badly stained in the main room , which was a little disappointing for the money spent for a full week and a Citadines chain
