Attentive staff, extra folding chairs delivered to our room shortly after we requested them. Twin beds were wonderfully comfortable.

Would be better if the rooms were non-smoking.

Hotel was well located, metro on the doorstep, great food market across the street. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Staff helpful.

Hotel is at very comfortable location with Kitchen facility. Is also near to the Metro & Bus stop. Good value for money if booked in advance.

Room cleaning is not done daily. Towels will be changed twice a week only if stay is 7 or more than 7 days. Otherwise, same set of towels have to be used even if you are staying for 6 days (which was my case). In this case, if we need a towel change we need to pay extra.

Studio rooms are ideal for city breaks. kitchen = very basic (small plates, large cutlery!). Studio has a comfy(ish) Sofa bed and not a normal bed. If staying as couple an additional sofa bed is under sofa, but does compromise amount of space in room. Small standing balcony, although a few rooms have balcony large enough to put chairs on. One public computer for whole hotel means it is nearly always in use - and it would not access all email sites. Practical location, just a few minutes walk from the Marais etc. Hotel breakfast room is not a place I would chose to have breakfast in. overall - if you can get a special offer on studio room then it is worth it.

The location, very close to Metro and on a rather quite area of Paris, some supermarkets around, and competitive rates = value for money. Parking inside the hotel was great and the kitchen at the apartment was very handy and well equipped.

The sofa-beds are noisy, a replacement of that should be strongly considered as we had not good sleep there - an Ikea simmilar would be much better!. The pillows are also not good. We booked two studios and we got one very large and another small for the same price which we do not think is fair. There was a hideous smell of trash in the garage and sometimes coming in the elevator....finally check out at 11am is also too early in comparison to other places!

Well laid out apartment with space for use of computer. Good location for my intended combination of business and leisure activities within a short time span.

I was not prepared to use cable internet from the room due to the apparent need to disable security. This was a big drawback as privacy to work in room is a big consideration for me. Also being unable to use phone cards from room without charge was a disappointment.

It was spacious for three of us to stay ten consecutive days. Most European hotels at this price range are very small, but this hotel gave us ample space with a kitchenette.

As quite often the case with accommodation with kitchen, knives were dull.

location and quality of room

A super place to stay if you like Bastille and Marais. And the appartment was perfect for my daughter and I. We have used this hotel 6 times! And the staff is very helpful

convenience of location and facilities

1 or 2 dishwasher cubes and some washing up liquid would have been helpful as i did not plan to bring these items with.

Very good location for Marais and Paris museums etc. Good value. Helpful staff. Pleasant rooms.

No tea/coffee/milk provided as a starter. Sofa bed in studio rather uncomfortable. Internet didn't always work.
