We particularly liked its convenience There was very little space once the sofa had been made into a bed. |

It delivered everything it promised in a simple no-frills way. Our room did not have a balcony. |

the location is very good, the room is very convinient and very good for family use and the staff very helpfull and kind. we enjoyed there the reception stop working at noon and there is nobody you can talk to in case of trouble. our card didn't open the parking so we got stuck there for a while and had huge luck when one of the visitors left the parking and helped us. we also had to wait too long at the reception for check- in and for information. parking is very narrow and can be frightening |

No Air conditioning (outside temp 35 degrees 85 % humidity) , The bed was a couch with a trundle bed under neath, hard and uncomfortable, Had laundry facilities but had to buy tokens from the front desk which closed at 8 PM. Very hard to find even with a GPS. Very confusing to check into desk on second floor around side of building up stairs no signage. |

The room came with a balcony and a great view. We were also looking for a place with a kitchen so we could cook ourselves, and that was really nice. There's a big mall/shopping plaza right near by with a giant Auchan to stock up on as well which was convenient. The hotel was also just a quick walk to downtown. Since it was a studio it only came with a pull out sofa to save room, which wasn't the most comfortable night's sleep ever. |

Good location, helpful staff, possible to arrive at night when there is no reception. Overpriced breakfast (very simple and small, yet not cheap), extra towels cost money, internet connection cable in the room was unfomfortably placed far away from the working desk (but it was possible to work). |

It was way overpriced for such an ugly hotel with poor amenities. We had a sleeper couch instead of a double bed and we paid 8 euros for two pieces of dry toast in the morning - each! I would not hesitate to firmly discourage others from staying here. The onsite parking was a death trap as there was no light and we had to use our mobile phones as torches. |

This hotel is pretty dated but is in a great position walking distance to the city centre or you can hop on the tram. There is also a great shopping centre only 100m away with a huge supermarket...so huge it was quite overwhelming to find everything |

Citadines was perfectly located - right next to the historic district and close to trams, a wide range of restaurants, and food stores. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Layout was well planned. Secure facility. Internet access was excellent Cleanliness could have been better. |

After 2000 the check in process is very difficult. it involves calling a line in Paris I think, holding for a long time then having a long and detailed converation in French. There should be staff at the hotel or access with a credit card |
