Wir waren überrascht, dass das Zimmer so groß war. Die Servicekräfte waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der große Balkon war ein super plus des Zimmers. Das Licht in der Toilette ist am ersten Tag ausgefallen, womit wir aber leben konnten. |

This is a really great, pretty hotel that is well-designed. The studio apt with a single bed that was separate from living area was nice. Great location. Nice Cappucino machine in lobby. Really liked it |

Internet connection never worked in my room and being there for business, running up and down to the lobby to use the WIFI there was a bit of a drag. Should be fixed! |

We stayed for 2 days in November. About the Citadines: 1)Location is excellent. It took not more than 5 min to get to the Palais des Festivals 2)Actually the concept of the hotel is suitable for the majority of travelers who need central location, pleasant atmosphere, simple facilities including 24hour free internet access. Staff was extremely friendly and professional! |

My flight was delayed, so missed the receptionist. I had to call a strange central reservation number from a phone outside the door of the hotel (the main doors were locked). They gave me an access code to get in and a code to a safe where my room key was saved. It wasn't the warmest of receptions! Then when I got to my room, I couldn't find my bed as it wasn't laid out. It was a sofa bed. |

The location was good, having a laundry was great, free internet and parking was our main reason for choosing this hotel. Room had best aircon in Europe so far and English T.V channels. Room was not ready when we arrived, was given key and had a bit of a shock when we walked into the room, was sent away for an hour for them to prepare, opening hours a bit strange as reception was closed from 12.00-2.00PM so we also lost those 2 hours! Room a little bit old but worked well with 4 adults for short stay. |

3 person apartment was roomy and private. facilities modern. well located within walking distance of city. availability of on site laundry. free coffee in lobby and nice sitting deck outside. food market across street from hotel. no microwave in kitchenette. no dishwasher soap. garage entrance and exit are very steep and curvy, make it very difficult for larger cars to enter and exit. |

Standard ok. Adskilte soverom med kjøkken/bad imellom. Gode senger. A/C på begge rommene. OK hotell til grei pris for 4 voksne. ca 15 min ned til strand. Rolig område, Matbutikk/baker rundt hjørnet. flybussen stoppet rett utenfor Gulvene kunne med fordel vært byttet ut, de var godt brukte, derav føltes de møkkete. |

parcheggio interno, silenzioso, rapporto qualità-prezzo, lenzuola fornite non c'è una reception aperta sempre come negli hotel. noi siamo arrivati alle 13 ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 14 che ci aprissero. Moquette un po' vecchia. |

Non si può opzionare, con garanzia di trovarlo, nessun servizio aggiuntivo (parcheggio, culla,...), si richiedono e se quando arrivi li trovi tutto ok, altrimenti nulla!! |
