Walking distance from everything in Cannes. Kind staff.

Cleanness could be developed.

İts close to city center. There is a very nice lobby in the hotel.

On the confirmation booking checkin time is written 14.00 o clock and they cleaned the 16.00 o clock. And thats why, we have to wait 2 hours for checkin. There is no bed in the double room, only couch. Staff is not helpfull about your problems.

Situation was good, close to everything. Kitchen was useful with everything is needed for making food. Reasonable price.

Boring interior design, carpet was not clean, room smells not so good.

Well equipped for self catering Fairly central Helpful staff TV in the room had English Channels Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Place could do with decorating. The room has obviously been used by smokers and had a stale smell. We thought a new fresh carpet or flooring and some painting and decorating would improve it dramatically. Car parking - This was the reason we chose this hotel. It was very tight to negotiate, with a very steep, curving ramp- took four attempts to get car up the ramp- wheels were spinning.The overhead door kept closing as the wheels were spinning, and I had to keep jumping out and putting in the code, bit of a nightmare.

Friendly receptionist, easy to find location, 10 min walk to the beach, close to all shops and resturants. Tidy and good size living, kitchen and bathroom space. Sparate kitchenette.

Did have a fold out sofa bed, but was alright to sleep on. Toilet next to the kitchen. Website says it has a roof top area, but wasnt advised of this at reception. So didnt check it out, if it has one. Apartment will be cleaned upon request and for a small payment. Overall was good place to stay.

Good position for a nice visit in Cannes, big room and very useful the parking option.

Not so comfort sleeping in a sofa-bed, not really clean the floor.

Old carpet with stains on the floor. Leaking shower .

I like the street, very quiet and the free parking 200 metres from the hotel

I don't like very much the staff because the receptionist doesn't speak English fluently. There wasn't a bed but a sofa-bed instead.

le tarif du parking. la présence de chiens énormes! attention le tarif prélevé ne correspondait au tarif de la facture( + 9€)

Sans être méchant, la réceptionniste était un peu désagréable et a invité une histoire ridicule pour justifié que la réservation non remboursable n'était pas débité. Dommage. Elle était comme même agréable au c/o
