The location is very accessible to public transport, market place and convenience stores. Loads of nice restaurants in the vicinity.

Heating system was not working properly

I really like Citadines - and have excellent experience with them in Rouen, Paris (Montmatre) & Marseille. They provide excelelnt value for money, especially for families where you want an extra room so that Mum & Dad can put the kids to bed in a sperate room, and enjoy a bit of adults' time. I also really like the well-equipped kitchens, which are great for preparing hot drinks and baby's bottles etc, if you're travbelling with family. I imagine they would also be great for business too, as I can imagine you could get sick of eating out, and buying your coffeee from Cafe's, and in Citadine you get to prepare your own...

The Night-porter could not get us a cot when we arrived at 7pm - and so our pre-schooler had to sleep on cushions on the floor....not ideal. The room was slightly over-heated for a balmy 20 degrees Paris in October. Location In 14th Arondissement was excellent - with a great Auchan supermarket at the end of the road, and great choice of restaurants in the area too... Also we loved the tram!!

The rate here is very reasonable. A private parking lot is served by the hotel. It's also very easy to reach public transportation.

Clean apartment hotel with web description corresponding accurately to what is being offered. Good location in terms of shops, quiet surroundings. A bit far away from the downtown but since the subway system is perfect in Paris it's not a big problem.

We reserved 1 apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchenette and were told after arrival that it is not available due to overbooking. They offered us for the same price two 1-room apartments of the same standard. This was ok in this case. However, if I would be traveling with a family, I'd be rather disappointed: the booking was made 2 weeks ago so there was time to make a call / write e-mail and tell about it before...

Quite attentive staff and very comfortable apartment. We were travelling with my family, including a 1 year old, so the apartment worked perfectly.

Breakfast is very expensive. But there are very nice little bars around where you can spend much less.

Parfait. Très bien situé. Nos chambres donnaient sur un parc intérieur et nous n'avons eu aucun bruit ( les studios sont très bien insonorisés). Studio grand et bien équipé (lave vaisselle, micro- onde, réfrigérateur etc...). Personnel accueillant... à retenir pour du tourisme.

Appartement fonctionnel , vue sur jardin intérieur , calme et bonne insonorisation.

Petit déjeuner trop cher : 13€ . Moquette vieillotte dans toutes les pièces. Connexion internet disponible gratuitement dans l 'appartement mais attention pop up garantis ensuite sur votre ordinateur .

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Décoration un peu désuète.

U n groupe est arrivé le dimanche en soirée et nous avons dû subir du bruit important toute la nuit avec des enfants en bas âges

Es un hotel muy cómodo y muy tranquilo. Nos hemos instalado los cinco de la familia cómodamente.

En una estancia de cuatro noches, he echado en falta algún día la limpieza de la habitación.

A part la possibilité de garer le vehicule en sous sol, une residence qui plonge dans la vetustée, coin cuisisne dans l'entrée, appartement pour quatre personne, deux chaise avec la table ???, ne merite aucune la nuit à €208, paiement exigé à l'arrivée sinon par de carte pour la chambre moquette extrement repoussante avec tache etc.... j'arrete, bon courage au futur client. pour nous les Citadines premier essai et pas de transformation, nous ne retournerons jamais sur ce produit.
