The pictures on the home page are kind of cheating, and it was difficult to connect to the internet in the room |

Reception staff spoke excellent English, very helpful and provided us with 2 rooms for the same price which was great as I was staying with my parents. Nice quiet area with good restuarant and friendly bars on same street. |

This is a fantastic option if you just want a city break in Paris. The kitchen is a fantastic facility as apart hotel next door to good market. Eat very cheaply, then splurge out on fine dining in the evening. The location is superb, nestled in heart of 14th arondisement. This is the real Paris, where you buy your bread from the boulanger, meat from the Boucher. They should have proper beds rather than fold out sofas. Tv was not good, but hey you're in Paris, who needs a tv? Never mind what other reviewers have said, the staff were lovely and very helpful indeed. |

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Studio has its own kitchen, which is nice, with a refrigirator. There is also a safe. There is not a bed, but a bankbed, a bank which folds out to become a bed. It was however comfortable enough, so not a real problem or anything. Besides this the hotel is far away from the centre and not in a really nice neighborhood, but than again, with the subway you are quickly in the centre and it was good enough. |

I liked the location. the space, the free internet access. I would have preferred that the internet access were wireless in the rooms. Laundry facilities were much too expensive. |

Overall, this was a pleasant hotel in a good neighborhood and a quiet place to spend the nights, at least on the garden side where we were. It is pretty much away from everything, but this is no problem thanks to the excellent Paris underground. Even the best folding bed (which this was) lacks comfort. If by the last night you look forward to the next one spent in your own bed, something is fundamentally wrong. Also, be aware that housekeeping is only once a week here. The tv is an extremely small crt model. No WiFi in the rooms; take a network cable if you're traveling with a notebook computer. |

Nice comfortable appartment. Perfect for four people. Nice location with lots of good restaurants close by. .Very quiet due to the room giving to a park. Friendly staff. Dirty carpet in the hallway. Does not look good and puts down the good impression of the hotel.Maybe also the fact that you could enter the hotel without being asked anything, not even check that you are staying there. A little too easy to get in. |

Nice and cheap hotel quite near the city's heart. They advertised air-conditioning but when we arrived it was turned off because of they wanted to use less electricity. Staff said that it was hotel's policy and it couldn't put on even outside temperature was 30C. |

Most staff helpful, good sized room, well set up, good parking. Good distance from city sights, but OK as we needed parking, good public transport. Plenty of restaurants esp Bistrot au Vins near metro, great food @ good prices The internet not user friendly, as an Australian traveling I booked a hotel with in room internet because of the need to use internet late @ night due to time differences, this was not possible. It was stated that it worked but the modem according to their instruction, did not light according to instruction, it was most inconvenient. The wifi in reception was efficient. |

Ideal for a family with kids of ages 8 and 10 on a city trip. The separate rooms and kitchenette are very convenient. Excellent value for money for Paris. Only minor issue is that the location (10 mins walk from nearest metro station which itself is several stops from the city centre) means that "popping back to the hotel" during the day is not really an option, but this is more than compensated for by the value-for-money factor. |

Full equipped kitchen, supermarket nearby (for those who want to prepare their own breakfast) , quiet neighborhood . Not so close to the metro as they say (there are actually 10-15 min walking to the metro 13 - Plaisance Station), the air conditioning was not working (they said that it was a problem in the whole hotel, but after reading the previous reviews i don't think that it ever worked), the cleaning is made only after you leave the room . |

We stayed an apartment room and enjoyed this hoetel because staffs were very friendly, close to subway and near hotel had a lot of restaurant, super market. If we will go to Paris again we want to stay this hotel. Breakfast restaurant needs to prepara ham. It has only jams. The room needs dustbin in living room. Also the bath room needs a tissue paper. |

The convenience of a kitchenette. The balcony. I had reserved a double bed but got twin beds. The staff did not make easy for us to change rooms so we didn't. |

Convenience of having a kitchen, good value Staff was not at all accomodating; in particular, we were told that we were entitled to one cleaning during a stay of more than 6 nights; we were at the hotel for 7 nights; it would have been sensible to clean our room after the 3rd or 4th night, but it was cleaned only after the 5th night, and only after we repeatedly requested this. |
