closeness to airport. I found the staff very unhelpful. There was an obvious mistake with our booking and the people were not empowered to fix it. The picture of the hotel flatters the place. It is very basic and has liitle to recomend it.

The staff were very friendly and offered good suggestions on sight seeing. The service was good when the power tripped, we had some one to fix it in under two minutes. We booked the room for four adults and were disappointed looking at the sofa bed..........not very comfortable after a day long sightseeing trip. The beds upstairs were good for kids. The other Aparthotel we stayed in gave us a bit of welcome pack like a pack of biscuits, milk carton n couple of teabags and coffee sachets.That would have cost peanuts but felt so good to have a cuppa and relax. We didn't get this in Citadines.

Location near my friend apartment, clean and practical. If we check in after 9pm door will be lock and nobody available. In that case we could not check in. We arrived just before 9pm and the staff were prepared to leave.

this hotel was horrible, 160.00 dollars and a sofe sleeper that was terrible and no AC and couldnt even get a wake up call. Never stay or recomend that hotel.

The Citadines is based in France and a 20 - 30 minute bus ride to Geneva. Its price is very much cheaper than anywhere in Geneva of similar standard. The village of Ferney-Voltaire has a number of very good restaurants and there is lovely countryside for walking or cycling. In a studio apartment the sofa doubles as a bed. Although it is one of the most comfortable fold-out beds I have slept in, it is quite heavy to fold in and out each day.

Very disapointing appartment hotel. Small, dark and dirty room. No comfort. We did not stay and wanted at least a refund of a part of the prepayed money but did not receive any.

Trés bon sejour - nous avons apprécié la facilité pour aller a Geneve et visiter les alentours - seuls les petits dejeuners sont un peu juste..... Sinon les restaurants situés prés de l'hotel sont trés agréable. Nous sommes trés contents de notre sejour.
