Location was very good. Easy to book. The towel for the shower had some spotts on it! Room was not cleaned after the first night? The pull out couch was pretty hard to sleep on. Otherwise O.K. |

Location was excellent to go to Geneva, it was 15 minutes away the center of Geneva. Hotel staff was helpfull and smiling. Value for money was poor. Buffet breakfast was very poor. We stayed in type of studio room, it was too small, the bad was uncomfortable and the room was cold, heating system was not working, we were with our 1 year old baby and she got cold |

The hotel is convenient for visiting Geneva if one has a car (or it's possible to take a bus from near the hotel). We liked the room which was a duplex and suited our requirements well as we were 3 adults. We appreciated the kitchenette as our elderly aunt who travelled with us was able to have a cup of tea just when she felt like it! |

Proximity to geneva. Close to airport but very quiet. 3 food stores within walking distance. Narrow spiral stair to bedroom made it difficult to transfer luggage to the room and may not be suitable for small children. |

The very friendly staff, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool is also very nice. I arrived on Sunday and could not find a store open even to buy tea or coffee. It would be very nice for the hotel to provide a 'courtesy welcome package' with coffee, tea and perhaps a biscuit or two for tired travelers arriving on Sun. |

The location of the hotel was convenient to Geneva, the staff was helpful and my children enjoyed staying there. The heat coming from the roof was trapped on the second floor of the duplex where the main bedroom was located and it was unbearable. Suggest installing A/C or opening up a window to allow for ventilation. Also, the winding staircase was hazardous as we all bumped our heads when passing. |

The staff at Citadines in Ferney Voltaire are all very friendly and efficient and no job is too big or too small - they made our stay a pleasure. The rooms would benefit from some refurbishing. |

In spring, the hotel has a beautiful yard with trees, flowers, a lot of green gras and singing birds. There is a nice silence around the hotel. It is close to the center of Ferney Voltaire. The restaurants are also very close. |
