The location made the commute to Geneva easy.
The elevator in the building is broken with no apparent effort in process to get if repaired. The apartment walls and carpeting are filthy. The lovely terrace is dirty with cigarette butts and bird droppings. The lobby is the only clean part of the facility. Coffee maker is a funnel with a small glass pot...quiet pitiful!
room design for the 4 room flat
- kitchenette offers anything you need for a little self-catering - comfortable beds on the upper level
- bed-sofa was old and uncomfortable - carpet has seen better days - definitely needs an update!
Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location for people running errands in Geneva. Ferney Voltaire is more economical regarding hotel and restaurant prices than Geneva.
Great location for visiting Geneva and around, very close to the airport. Not expensive.
Furniture worn out, interiors need refreshment.
Clean, comfortable, central for stay in area. Excellent value breakfast.
Pool was clean, perfect temp. And empty of other guests! Breakfast was ample, front desk staff was more than helpful and most attentive. Very close to the centre of town with excellent restaurant - le Chanteclair.
Thin walls so glad we were only their one night. Booking.com said welcome gift of drinks and snacks which was incorrect.
The price. Wi-Fi internet was solid. NO CELL SERVICE IN REGION!
Old, Deferred maintenance. Lock the door at 10 PM, No overnight staff,
Quite ambience Spacious Room Friendly reception
Rooms need refurbishing locker did not work Closing of reception after 10 p.m
* rather conveniently located to aeroport ad geneve downtown by 2 bus lines * staffs are genuinely attentive and helpful (but not to be rated superb) * staffs allowed me late-time check-out until 3:00PM
* everything is expensive in Swiss and nearby France and this hotel is not an exception. * many college students are staying for summer programs and make noise until late evening * breakfast expensive (10 euros) and poor *
Close to the airport
Poor standard. About time to refurbish the rooms and throw away the wall-to-wall carpets
The Citadines Geneve Ferney Voltaire is good, affordable choice for a 1 night stay in Geneva between flights. The Club Studio room is large, well appointed, and comfortable. Beds were firm and comfortable. The bathroom was large, shower pressure excellent, and toiletries were provided. This room had a double door out to a terrace and garden area. The terrace could stand a power wash.
Breakfast was a totally forgettable affair.
Easy to access from Geneva airport, provided one has a car. Quite a bit of free parking on site. Nice grounds.
Totally inadequate AC. Do not stay here in the summer if it is hot unless you like sleeping in a steam bath.
Close to Geneve airport. Was perfect for us since we had to return the rental car at the French side of the Airport. Bed was comfortable. Nearby Indian Restaurant was excellent.
Room smelled like an ash tray (and it should have been smoke free). Internet didn't work (at least not by the instruction that the receptionist gave us at the front desk). There was no one to help us regarding both above problems since front desk closed at 10pm (even though we called at 9:55pm).
The staff was very helpful. The pool nice also. The room was spacious and well-equipped, but with one big problem.
The loft is attractive, but airless. I was rather shocked that there is no air conditioning. There were mosquitos outside at night, and so windows were closed. We had trouble sleeping in the loft as it was hot and airless. I would stay there again ONLY if it had air conditioning.
Location superb. Apartment with own kitchenette. Swimming pool.
Whole facility was looking a bit tired - needs a bit of tlc.
location is best ,all you need is within a walking distant .. Good for 2 persons per room
old furniture .. weak wi fi signal .. room gets warm in sunny days .. no AC in the room ..
Pretty good location for Palexpo and very nice scenery
The hotel was located in a beautiful town and although we primarily were there to see Geneva, the town added value to our tourism. Room was clean, kitchen was a plus and beds were comfy and clean. We did struggle with the sofa bed as it actually pulls out into two single beds as opposed to your traditional pull out double bed.
The bus routes were a bit confusing so I suggest going to the tourism office to get advice. One receptionist was very nice in providing directions to Geneva. The elevator wasn't working when we went so that was a bit of a struggle carrying all our luggage up the stairs!
C/P is ok. Room is big enough but a little dusty and old.
Poor service. if you stay less than 6 nights, then you won't get any room cleaning. Wifi is limited and unstable. No elevator, so we had to carry our own suitcases up by stairs.
It's a nice and clean place with friendly staff
Space for family. Great location- easy to get into Geneva or just go for a wander around the local village
Spiral staircase up to loft was a bit rickety!
