poor breakfast which needed a better offer and the romms were not cleaned every day nor were the towels changed

The general countryside ness of Ferney Voltaire was great compared to the busy-ness in Geneva, and the hotel was very homy. I especially liked the fruit punch at breakfast and the espresso machine and tea. They were wonderful.

Rooms could be renovated some time. Not bad but a bit old.

Peaceful in spite of it being so close to geneva airport there is no sound disturbance.

If you are staying for less than 7 days then there is no housekeeping service. If you do want a change of bath towels then you have to pay about Euro 9 !!!!!!!! we stayed there for 5 nights.

Near to airport

No internet working, no swimming pool working, non working tv in room, extremely old and worn rooms and carpets, old and terrible bed/mattresses, rotten wood in the bathroom furniture, ridiculously expensive for the service offered. I have seen better hostels with far cheaper prices.

Services, location, staff, breakfast. I have been at hotel with my wife and grandsons (9 and 11 years old). All it's O'K.

1- Location, if you have car there is many locations you can reach within 20 Minutes or maybe less, for example Geneva and Devon. Also you can visit Annecy (45 Min), chamonix (Mont Blanc) and Megeve (around 90 Min). 2- There is a lot of delicious restaurants that served halal food, there is an Italian restaurant also an Indian (Pakistani) restaurant. You can reach both restaurants in 5 Min by walk. Also there is 2 more halal restaurants served sandwiches, Kebab, and Burgers - near Carfore (less than 5 Min by car). 3- The apartments are very comfortable for Families.

1- There is no room service if you will stay less than one week, cleaning the rooms are only once a week for those whom will stay for a week or more. To be honest, that was clear for me from the beginning. 2- There is no wireless in the apartment. The wireless only in the reception.

Uncertain regarding servicing of the room. It is primarily an apartment hotel catering to longer stays. We received fresh towels daily but little room servicing otherwise; that may be their policy but, if so, it is unclear.

needs refurbishing. broken tiles outside on balcon. a better bread knife. what we are given is IMPOSSIBLE.

The staff was helpful and the location is very near to Geneve and it is good as a budget hotel.

There was no cleaning at our apartment and there was no air-conditioner and it was so hot.

- Inexpensive/good value. - Very large and spacious room. - Room has a well equipped and supplied kitchen. - Free Internet. - Bathroom has a real bathtub. - On-premises laundromat available. - Reception speaks English.

- When checking into a studio apartment, you have no idea if you will get a pull-out sofa bed or an actual twin bed. - No Air Conditioning - Toilet without sink was in a closet next to the kitchen separate from main bathroom. - Bathtub walls were very high hard to enter and exit bathtub. No non-slip surface. - No shower curtain/door to prevent water from ending up all over the floor. - Although assigned a phone number to room, no ability to make local outgoing calls. - Reception has insufficient funds to make change for 50 EUR bills. - Reception only open 0700-2200. - Laundromat expensive.

The bed with 2 broken legs upstairs. The chair that broke under me when I sat on it. (My weight is 82kg.) The bed that fell apart under my wife when we were asleep.

Close to the airport, room was very comfort and big and staff was very kind. They even allowed me to check in early.

Excellent location in terms of easy access to downtown Geneva, the airport and the adjoining parts of France and Switzerland.

The staff was very polite and helpful.

Nothing in particular. It was value for money, justifying the very reasons for selecting the hotel.

prix exorbitant au regard des prestations. 2 lits simples, pas de ménage tous les jours, pas de climatisation. Mauvaise insonorisation. On profite des odeurs de cuisine des autres appartements. Check-in très long. Petit déjeuner un peu cheap

Sobre todo el personal español de recepción. El desayuno sencillo, pero muy bien.

Apart w pelni przystosowany do dlozszego pobytu turystycznego jako baza wypadowa.Cena nie wygorowana w stosunku do innego hotelu w ktorym sie zatrzymalism to apartament a nie noclegownia.
