Kitchen had a dishwasher and microwave, both useful for a single visitor on a buisness trip On first arrival I was given the wrong door code when I phoned, had to wait for someone to let me into the lobby |

Location at center of Grenoble. Close to supermarkets and downtown. Calm. Could have been a bit cleaner. |

really nice and helpful (and english-speaking!) people at reception, very clean rooms and !bathrooms! (very important for me), great location, very good for 4 ppl sharing, since the 4-ppl appartments actually have TWO separate rooms. Good space. the double room we had did not have a double bed, but a pull-out couch, which was in fact quite comfortable, but its a bit of a surprise when you first walk in...it does leave more space if you fold it up I guess, although we never did - the rooms are still quite spacious even when you leave it open. |

The price was very competitive. The location is excellent. The underground parking is very handy. The kitchens seem very well equipped. The audio-video equipment is excellent (my TV was a small traditional CRT... maybe time has come for upgrading to LCD). It is relatively quiet compared to most hotels and residences. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The internet connection (low debit ADSL) was painfully slow. I understand that it is free but it was almost unusable due to its low speed. Using my 3G USB key was even faster. |

Being able to prepare and eat breakfast in our room using the room's surprisingly well resourced kitchen facilities. Its central location with underground parking is excellent. There was no daily maid service. |

the hotel was immaculate and all the staff were very friendly, the kitchen facilities were also good and there was plenty of storage space, we even found cupboard space for the buggy! It would have been a lot easier if there was a long handled broom to sweep the floor with rather than just a dustpan and brush, a small clothes airer would have also been useful. The only real downfall for us was that the travel cot wouldn't fit in the bedroom so we had to use the twin sofa bed which we had wanted to use for the children, would have been better if it was a double bed |

An excellent choice for a family, with the independence to cater for ourselves etc, in an ideal location in the city centre and with secure underground parking. |

Location and helpfulness of staff The room hadn't been properly cleaned before we arrived - skanky bins are not nice to arrive to. |

Superb location at the center of the city - within easy walking distance to parks, shopping, restaurants, entertainment. Friendly staff, prompt response to service requests. We were a family of 2 adults + 2 kids. The 1-bedroom apartment on the top (6th) floor was cramped and hot and there was no balcony. The beds were not very good. Sagging in the sofa-bed and the camp-bed is understandable, but even the permanent bed in the bedroom sagged too much. I had stayed alone in a 2nd floor studio in this hotel just a month before and did not have these problems. |

kitchen with dishwasher When we asked about using the phone, they did not inform us that there would be a charge. When we disputed the charges, they wouldn't do anything about it. They should be up-front about extra charges. |

The room is large for its price. There's a bathtub in the bathroom, and a balcony, both of which are unusual for accommodations in this price range. Everything is in pretty good condition, clean and well-maintained. The kitchenette does not have bowls or a cutting board! The TV could be a bit bigger (not that it is too small). |
