the water and coffee is free near to reception,the internet is free in the room but it is cable the area is little complicated.the hotel is not on the main street as i thought.i asked the reception many time to fix my safety box but no body came.there is only one cable on the apartment that means just one laptop can use the internet in the apartment. |

The location is perfect. Close to M station (3 min. walking), close to La Defence Shopping Mall. No Luggage Services or baggage boy is available. The Housekeeping services shall be at daily or each two days but defintly not once a week. |

Localisation excellente pour La défense, et surtout prix défiant toute concurrence, en gardant un niveau tout à fait acceptable. Personnel compétent. chambres un peu exigûe. |

le côté pratique 1 - il manque une prise de terre : il faut soit débrancher la télé soit débrancher le modem 2 - je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude un matin à 8h |

Assez bien situe, juste a deux pas du metro, malgre le manque de belle vue des fenetres (en effet celles donnent sur le chatier de grate-ciel). Vites reponses a toute demande (technique, reinseignements). Le personnel tres poli et accueillant! Connection a l'Internet parfois tres lent. Nettoyage juste seule fois par semaine. Abscence de seche-cheveux dans la chambre (studio). Les prix assez eleves. |
