Very close to the Metro station/good access to Paris. Close to a bread shop and a supermarket.

I stayed at this apart hotel mainly because of its location, as I was on a business trip and needed to go to La Defense every day. The hotel is ok, breakfast if good (need to book & pay it separately) but got the feeling I was paying too much for a room that was not tendered every day. The hotel reception was undergoing refurbishment at night. Only one working elevator which was a headache during breakfast hours. Only 1 English channel on tv The bathroom ended soaking wet after a shower, as the curtain was not adequate. Room only tendered once, although I've stayed there for 7 nights.

Très bel espace de vie, bien situé pour mon travail. Bien chauffé Je me sentais comme chez moi, beaucoup moins impersonnel qu'un hotel. Frigo, micro-ondes. Très propre. Personnel très agréable, toujours présent. Parking à disposition. Excellent internet wifi. Couloir bruyant mais que l'on n'entendait plus une fois la porte de la chambre fermé (c'était un t3) Télé un peu petite dans le salon mais en passe d'être remplacé.

Accueil sympathique, l'hotesse nous a guidé car nous ne trouvions pas la résidence. La résidence est calme, les appartements fonctionnels et très propres. La proximité du métro, accès très rapide aux Champs Elysées. L'accès à la résidence est particulièrement mal indiqué.

L'equipement complet et pratique du logement. L'accueil cordial du personnel. La propreté du logement. L'absence de signalisation claire de l'etablissement et de son parking qui était également dénoncée à son arrivée par un autre voyageur. Absence de visibilité de l'établissement. Il semble que cela soit régulièrement signalé par les voyageurs mais qu'il ne soit pas pris de mesures pour y remédier. Le réveil au petit matin par un téléviseur qui s'est allumé tout seul (certainement un réglage d'un précédent voyageur).
