Apartments are very well appointed with everything we needed. Ideal location next to Chatelet Metro station which gives access to multiple lines. Easy walk to a large number of big name tourist attractions. Clean and tidy rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is a little difficult to find as it is in a pedestrian area and not on a main road.

Great location - many great attractions less than a 5 km easy walk away. Helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful large 7th floor apartment overlooking the Fountain des Innocents. Breakfast included provided a good start to the day's activities. Construction work going on around the building for the next few years makes getting taxi access to building difficult.

comfortable bed well equiped kitchen and ironong equipment heated floor in bathroom although there was a fully equipped kitchen there was no where to sit and eat anything, even a modest breakfast would have to be eaten at a desk.A little bistro table and 2 chairs would be much more practical and comfortable. Also the room was 75 degrees hot ! we had to have window open at all times as there was no way to turn it down. better than being cold though !

Everything about this hotel says quality. The staff are charming, the facilities superb, rooms comfortable and well equipped and the location great for Louvre, Notre Dame and Eiffel. Excellent selection of restaurants nearby. Paris itself will soon out-price itself. Coffee at 5 euros is a joke. The Louvre is reasonably priced but turning into another tourist trap. Went to the Natural History Museum, what a dump, give it a miss.

Very well situated. Close to everything. There was a construction yard all around the hotel, and they didn't inform us about it. Due to which it's very noisy and it is impossible to get to the hotel by car (taxi). So you have to carry your luggage at least 500 meters if you are on a taxi, the closest parking lot is about 1km away. It's very dirty in the rooms. Wet cleaning every 3 days, and in other days they won't even sweep tons of dust lying all around the floor. We've been with a small child, who sleeps every day from 3 P.M. to 5 P.M. We've been in the hotel for a week and the housekeeping was in our room just once. All other days they were waiting for my son to fell asleep, and then started to ring to the doorbell (even with do not disturb sign on the door) or calling by the phone telling me that if I won't let them clean the room now they won't be able to do it before the next day, and the next the situation is the same! The hotel is definitely not a four star apartment and doesn't cost the money they ask for it!

The location is perfect. It takes just a 10 minutes walk to get to Notre Dame. Wi fi works properly There is no restaurant in the hotel. As there is a pedestrian area in front of the hotel it was not possible to come close to the hotel by car.

Location is ideal for accessing the RER and Metro. Steps from Pompidou, easy walk to Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame and Louvre. Breakfast is free for 6 and under (and pretty good for kids, especially when they make waffles). Coffee/hot chocolate/expresso machine in lobby available 24/7. Sofa bed is a full double, and staff are responsive. Active area nightlife means some (drunken) nighttime noise. The apartment bed was two singles side by side while the sofa bed was a true double/queen (deciding which room for kids and which for adults is a quandry). Some building noise (could hear furniture moving around, and a squeaky pipe, but not voices). Secure entry is a bit awkward travelling with kids (one literally ran into the sliding glass door expecting it to open - keycard required, though desk staff will open it at times).
