Citadines Apart'hotel Les Halles

部屋が汚い。ひどい。そしてそのくせ高い。自販機で水買おうとしても売り切れで、あげくの果てにはおつり出- ない等ホテルに沢山問題を抱えていたように思います。一週間に一度しかタオル交換などのクリーニングが来な- いので、ホテルっていう感覚ではないですね。人にすすめめられる場所ではないです。結構後悔してます。

ロケーションがいい。

ホテルのスタンスが分からない。長期滞在者を対象とするなら、価格が高すぎる。周囲に良いスーパーも少ない- 、紹介すべき。いろいろついた（鍋・食器、キッチン、アイロン）ホテルと取るなら、掃除やタオルの交換は毎- 日してほしい。

The location is excellent. It close to everything.

It is very noisy outside if the windows go out to the street.

Nothing in the hotel, except convenient location

Did not like almost everything about this hotel - the rooms, bathrooms are dirty and shabby. There is practically no furniture and whatever little there is, is run down and old.

The location is very close to many major metro lines and the rer from both DeGaulle and Orly come into this station

This is basically dorm living. I had a studio and couch was very old, foam rubber sticking out and needing to be recovered. Blankets were at least 5 years old. They do not provide any housekeeeping services during your stay and give you a couple of towels. The bed was comfortable. Furniture was old Ikea

It is in an excellent location, close to almost everything you'd like to see in Paris. Further it is just around the corner to the closest metro and rer station

No room cleaning on a daily basis. The room was staed to be a room for two with sofa bed but it was not clear that it only had the sofa bed and that it was not even a queen size but two single matrasses.

If just looking for a clean and spacious room in the heart of Paris you will be perfectly happy with this hotel. For breakfast and other services you should look elsewhere, howevere, there are plenty of choices just a foodstep away.

The staff were very attentive to our needs, particularly Damien. The location was terrific for what we wanted to do.

The coverlet on the bed was well worn and beginning to come apart and should have been replaced.

Excellent site with the Metro Chatelet station as a perfect hub for exploring Paris cultural & tourist attraction, also direct line to CDG airport. Don't expect cleaning everyday.

The location of the Citadines is perfect, Louvre, Rue du Rivoli, Pompidou and most attractions are within walking distance! There is also Les Halles for shopping and plenty of restaurants and bars within the doorstep! Travelling from Gare du Nord is also just a few stops away by Metro and there is no need to change! Staff spoke very good english and very attentive. Upon check in, i was given a local map and i was told about the facilites within the local vicinity.

The late check-in time (3pm), although there is a secure luggage store. The decor in the bedroom is dated but clean. The exterior is not the best apar-hotel and not very appealing at all, with big tiles missing and it didn't look like they were being repaired. All the bedrooms are equipped with sofa beds (with the choice of twin or double) and they were not very comfortable.

The location (excellent), the staff (very warm and friendly), will definitely stay here again :)

The only drawback in the hotel was daily cleaning and servicing of the room. If this could be added, just excellent!!!

Alex and other staff extremely friendly and helpful, providing local maps and useful info.The location was excellent for easy access to the train station and city centre.
