space of the room; practicality of the location and facilities within the hotel not sure about the sofa bed in the room and maybe as a hotel, room not being done up in the morning. |

The property was more than we hoped for and centrally located to the areas of the city we wished to visit. This was our 12th trip to Paris. There was a mix-up with the type of room I booked and the staff did not seem particularly interested in correcting the situation until I forced the issue |

Enjoy staying in this hotel except the shampoo and soap for bath is not enough for 4 days stay as we took our bath daily as we normally do in Asia. Propose to give extra shampoo and bathing soap FOC. |

Great location, easy to access from the Airport, all necessary kitchen accessories Sofabed & wall-to-wall carpet... Air conditioning didn't work. |

Excellent location, very centric. Stuff was always helpful. Sofa/Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was fine. |

The staff was very polite, extremely helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was okay considering most items were items served cold like cereal, ham, cheese, fruit, and yogurt. I would like to see more hot items on the breakfast buffet like scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes. |

The internet connction was frequently interrupted. The hotel staff who booked my taxi before my departure omitted telling me when the cab arrived it had already marked €12 on the meter (the fare to Gare du Nord is €8 only!!) |

Good location - close to trains/metro and within walking distance to major attractions. Size of the room - larger than most hotels in Paris for the price. Room looked tired - old style bed and couch. Overall lighting was dim - similar to a dorm room. Is fine for just sleeping but would not want to spend a long time in the hotel. |

Nothing in the hotel, except convenient location Did not like almost everything about this hotel - the rooms, bathrooms are dirty and shabby. There is practically no furniture and whatever little there is, is run down and old. |

Very Central, Just beside Les Halles RER and Metro. Had cooker, full size steam iron and board, dishwasher fridge etc. Compact, Would be great for low budget trip those with kids that want to cook some meals to keep cost down. Also for someone with dietary requirements. Breakfast was nice and at 10 Euro, ok price for central Paris, Also was computer area on 1st floor. Generally we were really pleased and would stay again, definately There were four in our group and we booked a double and a twin studio. The Double (on the 2nd floor had been recently renovated and was terrific (but had a pull down bed which was a surprise but fine when we found it!) The twin on the 5th floor was old fashioned and while clean and with all the facilities was not as nice. I might add we arrived really late so maybe we got what was left! |

The location is very close to many major metro lines and the rer from both DeGaulle and Orly come into this station This is basically dorm living. I had a studio and couch was very old, foam rubber sticking out and needing to be recovered. Blankets were at least 5 years old. They do not provide any housekeeeping services during your stay and give you a couple of towels. The bed was comfortable. Furniture was old Ikea |

It is in an excellent location, close to almost everything you'd like to see in Paris. Further it is just around the corner to the closest metro and rer station No room cleaning on a daily basis. The room was staed to be a room for two with sofa bed but it was not clear that it only had the sofa bed and that it was not even a queen size but two single matrasses. |

The apartment was good value and the location was great.It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.The staff were very helpful particularly Nicholas who is a very pleasant young man.we would stay there again |

If just looking for a clean and spacious room in the heart of Paris you will be perfectly happy with this hotel. For breakfast and other services you should look elsewhere, howevere, there are plenty of choices just a foodstep away. |

I liked the fact that room service was optional. It saved me money and enabled me to work from the hotel room, and leave my equipment there with no worries. I found breakfast very expensive. |

The staff were very attentive to our needs, particularly Damien. The location was terrific for what we wanted to do. The coverlet on the bed was well worn and beginning to come apart and should have been replaced. |

Service apartement style.I was able to cook my food in between when I did not want to eat outside. Also once a week cleaning sounded odd. But from security point of view it was good. I was not bothered to lock everything down. 3PM check-in time. |

Excellent site with the Metro Chatelet station as a perfect hub for exploring Paris cultural & tourist attraction, also direct line to CDG airport. Don't expect cleaning everyday. |

I found the staff excellent and very helpful. The hotel is in a terrific location. I did not encounter any problems. I would certainly use this hotel again..without hesitation! Some rooms need a little face lift. |

The location of the Citadines is perfect, Louvre, Rue du Rivoli, Pompidou and most attractions are within walking distance! There is also Les Halles for shopping and plenty of restaurants and bars within the doorstep! Travelling from Gare du Nord is also just a few stops away by Metro and there is no need to change! Staff spoke very good english and very attentive. Upon check in, i was given a local map and i was told about the facilites within the local vicinity. The late check-in time (3pm), although there is a secure luggage store. The decor in the bedroom is dated but clean. The exterior is not the best apar-hotel and not very appealing at all, with big tiles missing and it didn't look like they were being repaired. All the bedrooms are equipped with sofa beds (with the choice of twin or double) and they were not very comfortable. |

The location of the hotel is perfect - within walking distance of many tourist sites, few minutes away from a major Metro/RER station. We rented an apartment for 4 and it was comfortable and clean. Not luxury, but pretty good for Paris and definitely above my expectations (built upon guests reviews). It has all the facilities you might need even if you want to eat in the room, iron, safe, free internet connection, heating...I consider that people who wrote negative reviews have spent too much time in the hotel, but not sightseeing in Paris :-) |

The location (excellent), the staff (very warm and friendly), will definitely stay here again :) The only drawback in the hotel was daily cleaning and servicing of the room. If this could be added, just excellent!!! |
