Great location for tourist attractions

We arrived on a hot day to discover they don't turn on the air conditioning during the week which made the room very uncomfortable to sleep in. No ice machine. They advertised a room with 4 single beds which was in reality a sofa bed and a double bed.

Excellent location, just nearby metropolitan.

Breakfast was really expensive.

Very convenient location, clean and well-maintained hotel. Service and staff are excellent too.

I lived in this hotel last Easter holiday, the location is perfect and staff is so nice. Therefore, I choose this hotel again. Because it renew the room, it is great! I love this hotel and I will choose it again in the future.

We booked 3 rooms and all the rooms floor was dusty and our feet was black once step in the room!!!! I need to wipe myself after a long flight n tiring flight!!!

The room was clean and the self catered facilities and kitchen were good. Beds were comfy and the rooms warm. Location was good although the surrounding areas a bit dodgy, as a female would not feel comfortable walking without being in a group.

After being woken at 7am to loud banging and to the sound or drills and hammers we complained to the reception and were told renovations had commenced. We were not notified of this prior to booking or at check in and if we had know we would not have booked with this hotel as a sleep in past 7am is nice on holidays! We were offers to change rooms which we did, however the room we were allocated smelt strongly of cooking and food so again we requested an alternate room and we given something more substantial. Also reception staff booked a show for us at the Moulin Rouge, and we were notified that our booking had been made. The day of the show and two days after the apparent bookong was made I went to pay I was told the staff had "forgotten" to book the seats! No real apology was offered and we were situated at the very back of the show, still enjoyable however after being told to book early for good seats we were a little dissapointed.

Near to the train station, restaurants, patissieries and shops. Clean room with warm beds and nice furnishings. Walkable to attractions such as Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre museum and others.Staff were helpful with directions and queries.

Our room faced the street which the entrance faces as well and people gather at a place next to the hotel on that street at night making it a bit unsafe to walk in at night and creating a lot of noise. Closing the balcony doors and pulling the heavy curtains help to drown out some of the noises though. There was wifi but the signal was weak and speed was slow.

I've stayed in mid-range hotels in Paris many times, but this has been my favorite hotel so far. The hotel is located by a main metro hub in the center of Paris. The hotel and the room were kept spotless by the staff who even folded the towels into animals (as they do on cruise ships). The staff's name tags contained information on what languages they spoke, which would be quite helpful (I speak minimal French). The kitchen area of the room was equipt with everything we needed to prepare simple meals, although we only used the facilities for breakfast, but it is always very nice to have a warm beverage in the evening without leaving your room. Since my trip is greatly effected by how well I sleep, the comfort of the mattress is very important to me. The bed was very comfortable (I like a softer bed) with lovely down comforters and pillows. Thoughtful touchs included posting the weeks weather report at the front desk and placing an umbrella stand by the door of the hotel so that the guests could borrow an umbrella if they needed to. I had two of my own umbrellas turn inside out and break with the force of the storm winds that week, so being able borrow the hotel's umbrella came in handy.

-Nicely situated close to Metro, Chatelet/ Les Halles. Close to Pont Neuf/Notre Dame/Cafes/ some shopping. Even the Louvre is within walking distance. -Internet faciities are free.

Like all European cities the surrounds are filthy ....broken pavements/ cigarette butts on the footpaths & streets... But ,at least, the dog poo has decreased

The location to the metro as Eurostar only one stop away Les Hales although going through refurb is a comprehensive shopping opportunity Views of the fountain and square attractive, although some of the individuals collating around it felt a little threatening The area can be seedy

The hotel has excellent location, the staff was the most friendly, the accommodation was perfect - clean,nice and quiet, therefore it was a perfect stay!
