The hotel is very good situated for sightseeing, shopping and eating out. The staff was friendly.

the soaps in the toilet and bathroom was removed everyday, even if they were hardly used, and they were not always replaced.

Everything. It is a royal rip off. They charge 5 Star prices for a 2 Star property, which is totally incomplete. No armchair in room, air conditioning which was off and the hotel is on a very noisy street, no tall glasses, just tiny wine glasses.A tiny old fashioned TV set

Am Citadines Apart`hotel Louvre hat mir besonders die hervorragende Lage gefallen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Geschäfte sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Metro- und Busanbindung ist sehr gut. Das Appartement war sauber und ausreichend, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile war ausreichend ausgestattet um zu frühstücken oder sich eine kleine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Das Schlafzimmer war mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem für 2 Erwachsene. Insgesamt für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern bis ca. 11 Jahre sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Sofabett im Zimmer mit der Küchenzeile ist für 2 Erwachsene oder größere Kinder nicht sehr bequem, da es eine durchgehende Matratze und nur 1 gemeinsame Decke hat.

Posizione molto centrale (ma tranquilla). Appartamento con angolo cottura (con tutte le dotazioni necessarie). Personale reception molto preparato e cordiale. Disponibili informazioni dettagliate per la visita della città (cartine, depliant, visite guidate). Possibilità di accesso ad internet gratuito. Possibilità di deposito bagagli (ultimo giorno, prima della partenza).

Sarebbe stato preferibile un letto matrimoniale, anzichè un divano letto (dal momento che l'appartamento era piuttosto spazioso)!

スタッフは、親切でfriendlyでした。ロケーションは、とてもいいです。朝食は、ビュッフェですが、- コンチネンタルです。キッチンは、狭いが、調理器具は完備されています。食洗機用のタブレットとスポンジが- 各1個ありますが、液体洗剤はありません。

掃除機が、部屋にあるといいです。

La soluzione per una famiglia è ottimale.La posizione centrale è perfetta

Non funzionava l'aria condizionata.Anzi funzionava , senza poterlo spegnere , il riscaldamento.Tutto questo comportava che la temperatura in camera fosse quasi non sopportabile.Non mi sembrava , dalle indicazioini dei responsabili , un fatto temporaneo percui , specialmente per le stagini più calde, occorrerebbe accertarsi che il difetto possa essere riparato.

El trato del personal del hotel ha sido excelente, respetuosos, agradables y atentos con todos los huespedes, asi mismo la ubicacion es ideal para desplazarse hacia los lugares turisticos y para hacer compras en la ciudad de Paris.

Hubo un desperfecto en la iluminacion de una de las habitaciones que ocupamos, fue reportado pero no arreglado.

Bon accueil, propreté, courtoisie du personnel.Le règlement semble toutefois un peu rigide.L'emplacement est parfait et la literie excellente.

Le prix semble un peu élevé; ce qui risque de limiter le fréquence des séjours.

Situation géographique de l'hôtel, cadre, accueil, situation et vue de la chambre très agréable (no 106), réactivité du personnel (suite problème de télécommande TV)

Tarif cependant élevé, bouton dans l'ascenseur ne fonctionnant pas pour le premier étage, manque un vrai four à la place du micro ondes

2泊しましたが、2泊目にはリネン交換がありませんでした。フロントにタオルを替えて頂くように頼んだら、- 合計8ユーロ請求されました。1泊目と2泊目が同じ料金なのにも関わらず、タオル代を請求されたのは納得い- きませんでした。
