Citadines Louvre Paris  

The location especially, which is why we chose it. The room was a bit run down but adequate, although a little cold , the weather being very cold during our stay and the heating not working. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and all in all it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms could be upgraded, which I think they are going to be

The location was faultless. All services we needed was very accessible. The apartment had good storage and the laundry was useful and reasonably priced.

The apartment was not well maintained. The dishwasher was broken and although staff said they would send someone to fix it - they clearly didn'T. The towel rail below the basin was also broken. I asked for an additional towel as there were 3 occupants and only 2 towels provided - this was not provided. To top it off the kitchen curtain rail also fell down on the last day. The kitchen was quite well kitted out however the sharp knives were not sharp and full sets of glasses, plates etc did not exist - we managed with what their was. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but for 4 days it was bearable. It wouldn't take much effort for this good to become a great - a bit if time and the right attitude from staff, who, although friendly, were a little lazy.

I liked the kitchen area and the fact that I had a choice of whether to eat in or go out. The kitchen area was well planned and organised. The staff in the breakfast room always said good morning which was friendly. The staff in the reception recognised us and smiled. It was useful to get internet access both in the room and downstairs. Having map of shops etc in the area was also good and I liked the idea of the umbrellas in the lobby.

The sofa bed was easy enough to pull out but unfortunately it gave me a bit of a back ache - I don't know if it was completely flat.

We enjoyed the location of Citadines Louvre Paris as it was within easy walking distance of the Louvre and Batobus.

We did not enjoy our stay at Citadines Louvre Paris as the accommodation was extremely poor and out dated. The studio turned out to be a loft with a foldout sofa for a bed, foldout camp chairs for furniture and furniture was in poor state of repair and very uncomfortable. Internet connection and hairdryer extremely old fashion and outdated. Bath drain that didn't drain. Room and corridor always had an unpleasant smell. The net over the central courtyard outside the corridor window had dead pigeons stuck in it.

Friendly staff, convenient location in the heart of Paris. Great restaurants and shopping in walking distance to the hotel.

staff was exceptionally helpful. Room was just right for two but it would have been more comfortable if we had had twin beds.

No luggage racks meant that we had to put our suitcases on the floor and access was not convenient. The bathroom needs a vent to clear the steam from the shower.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicinissimo al Louvre e all'Operà. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 in camera spaziosa con angolo cottura, bagno ampio con doccia. Zona molto bella anche per una passeggiata serale con bambini. Unica avvertenza: attenzione a scegliere la brasserie o bistrot in cui pranzare, ce ne sono davvero tantissimi alcuni eccessivamente cari!

Le prix !!! Nous étions 6 nous n'avions que 4 chaises, la vetusté du canapé.

Inmejorable ubicación: literalemente al lado del Louvre.

Por lo que cuesta debería estar incluido en el precio la limpieza diaria de la habitación

De kamer is goed voorzien, het keukentje en de badkamer zijn goed gesitueerd.

We hadden moeite het bed uit te klappen en de dekens zijn wat aan de dunne kant. Bovendien was er nogal wat lawaai van de verbouwing aan een naast gelegen gebouw.
