Nice place. Close to metro, tramway and bus. Decent parking available. Rooms have well supplied kitchens, reasonable stereo and good TVs. Showers and baths are good. Couches transform into beds which are not very comfortable.

Apartment was dirty with cobwebs everywhere. It smelled of smoke. The toilet did not work. It can not be used as a family hotel - although advertised as such - because the downstairs 'room' is so small that when the bunk bed is opened, it is impossible to move around the bed. Only single beds upstairs. The photo's on the website did not reflect how bad and worn down the rooms really look. We were grossed out by the hotel and room!

The staff is really helpful. Room is clean. The location of the apartment is hard to find since it is on a pedestrian road, not a traffic road. We got lost and could not be able to find the apartment. Wish the hotel can provide more clear direction upon booking. Other than this, everything went fine.

The location is great (5-8 mins walk to train station), if you don't mind to take tram or subway to the old town which it would take only 10- 15 mins. They have the private kitchen for your own cooking for easy breakfast and tub in bathroom. The bed room area is very small.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about Lyon. The location is very good as it is fairly central and close to the train station. Very good value for kids. The furnishings were a bit austere.

Kitchen facility makes it convenient with a family. Living in a small flat is so very French... Good location but exact spot very difficult to find. Unbeleivable: reception is closed noon until 3pm!!!

the hotel staff was extremely helpful. my train from Frankfurt had been canceled because of the poor weather conditions recently, but Tom was very accommodating and moved my reservation to the following night hassle-free AND free of charge! the night of our arrival, he recommended a restaurant in town, which was very delicious. The city center is about a 20-30 min walk away, but well worth it to cross the bridge and see the sights on the way. Although we had a pull-out sofa, it didn't seem as uncomfortable as imagined and the internet is free but via ethernet only (like every other Citadines). It's also quite close to the train station (but I'd recommend taking a taxi), so check-out was very smooth.

Além da localização ser muito boa, o staff é muito bom também, mas o que mais me agradou foi a gentileza com que nos trataram principalmente a sra Celeste que se dispôs a nos ajudar em tudo.

交通方便，走路即可到TGV車站。 樓中樓設計，房間不大，房間內隔音效果差(會清楚聽到洗澡聲音)! 晚上10點後即無熱水，CALL不到服務人員詢問(Hotel未事先告知)。
