Bed size Noise level in whole hotel No room service (not even as optional offer)
Staff we helpful, location near metro, large modern shopping centre. Near Les Halles food hall. Very good restaurants close by. As our daughter used the sofa bed the complimentary cafe lounge area near reception was really great. Easy 15 min walk to Part Deiu main train station and Rhone Express train to airport. Apartment clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
That no lounge area to use when sofa bed down.
Location and staff
Small smell of smoke
Not too far from the center. Bed was comfortable.
A drunk man made "his things" on himself and in front of several doors, he was knocking every door around and woke up several people. Nobody from the staff cleaned it and it was smelling terrible bad during all the night. The rest of nights was smelling like curry in all the hotel, horrible and disgusting experience in this hotel. The breakfast is a cheat don't pay for it, too expensive and almost nothing to choose. The parking is too narrow, if you have a big car better find another parking or you will probably damage your wheel at the exit. We decided to leave one night before expected because the experience was horrible. We spent exactly 30 minutes waiting for the check out and next day they still charged us more money in the credit card information they had because they had a "bug on their computer system".
Excellent facilities close to Part Dieu, easy to get about. Clean, comfortable & well priced.
Ideally located, close to many attractions. We had a Studio Delux and room size was acceptable. Kitchen facility was welcome as breakfast was extra and enjoyed a couple of easy self prepared meals. Purchased beautiful pastries, breads, butter & jam. Now we're home we can safely say our stay in Lyon was a definite highlight of our month long European holiday.
Seventh floor appartment with view of treetops and a tower lit up at night. Helpful staff at Citadines. The exercise climbing the stairs to our mezzanine bedloft. Paul Becuse market a stones throw away. Close to Part-Dieu Station. Access by tram. Frequent trams to more popular areas.
A taxis necessary from nearby station if you have luggage. It is not far but not easy either and the taxi ride seems about twice the distance owing to one-way streets. The popular or senic spots are some distance away. Paul Bocuse market over-rated.
Location. Friendly staff. Close to railway station.
We traveled to Lyon by train and the accommodation was ideally located between the train station and the old town. Plenty to see within walking distance of the Citadines Part-Dieu Lyon.
Manager did help out to try to resolve issues
Room was not ready. Broken window and no aircon meant unable to sleep as way too hot. Move to other room was appreciated but it too from 3pm to 6pm to get it sorted out. New room fridge was not working (fuse /breaker was off) Late booking meant it was expensive for what you got.
Friendly staff, good location and cleanliness.
Traffic noise, no air conditioning
kitchen facilities, price
no air conditioning, uncomfortable sofa bed
Modern Central location Friendly helpful staff
Not very spacious Additional fee for working
Close to les Halles Public transport good
Accommodation not up to expected standard. Small room Uncomfortable bed.Only fold down sofa mixed bag with staff from poor to excellent Looking and feeling tired No air conditioning
Apartment was roomy and comfortable. We only stayed overnight and it was very near to Les Halles Paul Bocuse markets, which was just fabulous.
The hotel was hard to find even with gps and the parking was incredibly tight especially with a medium sized car.
Room was very nice, great price for a family of 4. 20 mins walk to the centre and very friendly staff
Very clean room. Kitchenette.
Slight musky smell in bathroom. No air-conditioning. Tiny room with sofa-bed but adequate.
Reception area. Underground parking (€15 per day) Bathroom
Locals sitting on the benches outside the hotel and ultimately our room shouting and playing football and basketball until 4am both nights. Room decor bore very little resemblance to the pictures on the website, none of the nice touches, very disappointing. Rooms very stuffy and impossible to cool down, one window in the bedroom and one door in the living/ kitchen area but no draft or cooling effect and no air con! Living/ kitchen area very dark due to only having one door, had to have all the lights on all the time.
Very convenient position for visiting Les Halles. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast.
Carpark entry is very tight.
All equipment was inside.
We were at duplex which I dont like because of stairs.
Well equipped and clean apartment. Close to train station and big shopping centre. A useful base for a stopover between journeys
we were on the top floor, and it was hot, even with a fan (and it wasn't a hot night). A little cramped for three of us, when the sofa bed was open
Excellent location of the hotel, everything was just perfect!
Comfortable large bed, well organised kitchen with everything we required. Who would think of scissors in the kitchen. Staff were lovely. Helpful and friendly. We could walk to everywhere although we are very good walkers and some may need to catch the metro, trolley bus etc The internet was difficult to connect to despite instructions being available in reception. The staff however happily connected us and all was good.
We had a room on the top floor and it was very hot in the afternoon and evening. This would be simply remedied with a standing fan in the room. Everything else was perfect.
