Its proximity to the center and to all points of attraction. The comfort of the apartments with their equiped kitchens(they have pots and pans too). The availability of coffee and tea and hot beverages throughout the day( for free) and the availability of breakfast buffet( 8 Euros). The price of the apart with 3 adults occupation and one infant was very reasonable. The lack of room cleaning service. They only had the tag of do not disturb on the door but no tag of "pls clean the room" and they never cleaned our rooms during our three days two nights stay. |

location was great for shopping and dining: easy walking distance to Cathederal and ruins. rather shabby, no air conditioning, very hot, would never stay there in summer months. |

Well, the one thing which is good with this hotel is the location. Right in the very center of Lyon with all sightseeings easily accessible by a short walk. The bedding was poor (a sofa-bed). We stayed 2 nights and the room didn't get a visit from the cleaining staff in between. We had to go to the reception and beg for toilet paper and soap (we didn't get the soap as the cleaning ladies were already gone and noone else had the key of the treasure chamber). |

Central location Getting into the car park required a degree in geography and a very small car. |

Excellent location, apartments are adequate and excellent value for money for a suite. Close to pedestrian centre and a great range of places to eat. Parking in building is very convenient but make sure you download the specific instructions or speak to the hotel beforehand about access to carpark, as it is a horror to find your way through the maze of tiny streets to the carpark entrance. |

The location is brilliant; right in the heart of old Presqu'ile. The apartment has ironing facilities and plenty of storage space. I think the apartments should be cleaned and soap/clean towels provided more frequently than once a week. |

The location of this hotel is surperb. On a cobbled street in the dining & partying district, this is a great spot! Kids will scream past your windows at 4 am but that that's what you came here for..right...? Situated on the Pres'quile everything is at your doorstep: clothes, food, transportation... etc. Front desk was very helpful and gave us a map we used despite the tourism office's map. Surprised to find the couch was our bed (fold-out). And stricter renting rules than Switzerland (ie pay up front, nobody collects your garbage). but location was worth it. Charming hotel in a very desirable area. Great value for money. |

Central location convenient to the shops and the sights. No air-conditioning so during the summer we had to leave the windows open. Unfortunately the noise from the restaurants below goes on until the early hours of the morning. |

Location - handy but quiet location. Good access to eating, shopping and tourist areas No AC would be a major problem in summer - quite stuffy already in early June |
