Great location, one of the best in the city. Good size (apartment). Good price for the size and location.

Needs renovation and a deep clean. No A/C.

The location was excellent. Just a short walk around the corner to excellent restaurants. Pleasantly surprised that there was a fully equipped kitchenette but our stay wasn't long enough to make use of it.

A little surprised that the bed was a sofa bed that we had to make up on our arrival. That was the last thing we wanted to do after a total of 40 hours travelling time.

Location is very good, interesting shops and nice restaurant street near by. It is also convenient to go for sightseeing to old town.

We did not get warm water in two of four days. Is that because of Christmas period?

Superb location and with friendly and attentive staff. This hotel is not luxurious but very comfortable. the price was exceptional and we would definitelty stay here again

The service at the front desk was excellent. The staff spoke good English, understood we were from Australia and went out of there way to help us with information.

It is right in lyon center and within walking distance to all major attractions. We had an appartment facing the courtyard. No noise problem though there were many restuarants around. The mini kitchen was clean and well equipped. There were TVs in the living room and bedroom. My 3 yr old slept on the sofa bed and my baby slept in the baby cot requested. The beds were comfortable for everyone.

This is not a new hotel so there were signs of wear and tear in the bathroom sink and bathroom. The walls had some stains.

The apartments are in a great position, the staff were pleasent and helpful.

Our apartment had a foul smell coming from the fridge and dishwasher and a large dirty stain on the capet in the lounge area. When requested housekeeping staff did attend to the smell but it was not cleaned properly and the smell lingered throughout our two night stay - If I were to go there again I would check the apartment before I stayed there.

Excellent location, right next to the gourmet bistro area and old town

The parking was a chore. Then lot was nearly impossible to find, but one of the hotel staff got in our car and directed us through the maze. Honestly I'm not sure I'd have found the parking garage, as it's through vehicle barriers and down a pedestrian street down a few blocks and around several turns. The hotel directions were almost of no help

The location was really good. Suitable for a family with well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, separate toilette etc. Covered parking was a little difficult to find/park, but it is worth since there are not many hotels with private car parking space.

Breakfast at 9 euro per person maybe a little expensive.

Central location close to the old town and good transport links, using Cordeliers as the closest stop. The apartment was spacious for two of us in the larger size, intended for four and with a comfortable double bed. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good english.The fans provided helped with the heat (up to 30c in mid September). The apartment had a separate toilet and bathroom woth a shower over a short bath.

Nowhere really comfotable to sit. There was one comfortable dining chair and a sofabed. Three other fold up chairs were provided. The apartment overlooked a noisy street, worst on Friday and Saturday nights. Two sets of double-glazed windows kept out the noise out but had to be kept open because of the heat, there is no air-conditioning. We kept the bedroom fan on overnight with all the doors open. The microwave was too high, being above the extracor fan for the hob. There was no oven although the microwave had a grill but you need to be over 6 foot tall!

Dirty, confusing information on internet on services, no aircoditions

Location on Presqu'ile is excellent

No air conditioning and very noisy if your window opens on the courtyard.
