The location was really good. Suitable for a family with well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, separate toilette etc. Covered parking was a little difficult to find/park, but it is worth since there are not many hotels with private car parking space. Breakfast at 9 euro per person maybe a little expensive.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the Soame River and the foot bridge to Fouviere district but also in the heart of Presqu'ile Lyon. We travelled by metro from Gare Lyon and had about a 10 minute walk from metro station Bellecour. Even better we had a one bedroom apartment for my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. It was roomy, contained a mini-kitchen in the hallway that included a two burner stove, small fridge, micro wave and mini-dishwasher. The toilet was separate from the the tub/shower and sink. Big closets in the bedroom and and entrance hallway. Two portable fans. I slept on the pullout couch (not a folding bed) and the bed was perfectly comfortable. Actually more comfortable that the foldout hide-a-bed at the Sofitel Hotel at Heathrow. In the main bathroom there was a telescoping clothes rack. We had a table and three chairs in the living room. TV's in the bedroom and living room. Sunday the public market was open, along the Soame River. We bought bread, cheese, fruit, wine, dessert and a freshly barbecued hot chicken and had the most wonderful relaxing brunch in our living room. The hotel also has laundry facilities that you can use for the cost of 9 euros. This was our favourite hotel of our 2 week trip. Did I mention just outside the hotel, amongst the winding streets were 50 plus sidewalk restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. We didn't make use of their pay buffet breakfast because there were more charming and affordable options within 5 minutes walk.

The location was excellent. Just a short walk around the corner to excellent restaurants. Pleasantly surprised that there was a fully equipped kitchenette but our stay wasn't long enough to make use of it. A little surprised that the bed was a sofa bed that we had to make up on our arrival. That was the last thing we wanted to do after a total of 40 hours travelling time.

The room could accommodate me, my husband and 2 children. The hotel is impossible to find. It is not on any main street. Parking is even worse. We drove around for an hour looking for the hotel..which wasn't easy with traffic and narrow streets. For the parking you had to go through a ridiculous serious of cards to get through doors and gates. Then you went spiraling down 6 levels. The room was clean but dated. Honestly, we couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Location is very good, interesting shops and nice restaurant street near by. It is also convenient to go for sightseeing to old town. We did not get warm water in two of four days. Is that because of Christmas period?

Location ideal, and plenty of room in apartment for a family. Close to many restaurants and shops. Cooking facilities minimal but good enough for short stay. Floor was a bit dirty. Parked car in hotel car park. Unfortunately the lift did not take you to the hotel, but to an outside courtyard area. You then had to walk about 50 metres to the hotel door.

I accidentally has reserved this hotel. I never was in Lyon before. I am very happy with everything! Staff speak English, even a woman cleaning rooms. I have many times asked the staff what the requests do not speak French, I always politely and patiently explain and help! The only minus - no Wai fai in the room, but had more time to walk around the city! I did find your hotel in Lyon!

The Citadine Apart'hotel Lyon Presqu'ile is located in a very nice part of Lyon. There are lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as lots of shopping opportunities. The metro station is a short walk. The hotel itself is nice, more business oriented than holiday, but it caters to its business clients well. The buffet breakfast is more of a French buffet breakfast with limited options (a few cereals, juice, croissants and a coffee-dispensing machine). For the price, I'd probably go elsewhere and at least have a good coffee and a fresh croissant. The lack of Wi-Fi is disappointing. There is plug-in internet in the hotel rooms though.

I like the equipped kitchen and the location. Free coffee and tea was also good. Cable internet connection in the room. My room/apt was not cleaned during my stay. No wifi in room so I used the cable connection (not a problem).

It is right in lyon center and within walking distance to all major attractions. We had an appartment facing the courtyard. No noise problem though there were many restuarants around. The mini kitchen was clean and well equipped. There were TVs in the living room and bedroom. My 3 yr old slept on the sofa bed and my baby slept in the baby cot requested. The beds were comfortable for everyone. This is not a new hotel so there were signs of wear and tear in the bathroom sink and bathroom. The walls had some stains.

The apartments are in a great position, the staff were pleasent and helpful. Our apartment had a foul smell coming from the fridge and dishwasher and a large dirty stain on the capet in the lounge area. When requested housekeeping staff did attend to the smell but it was not cleaned properly and the smell lingered throughout our two night stay - If I were to go there again I would check the apartment before I stayed there.

Excellent location, right next to the gourmet bistro area and old town The parking was a chore. Then lot was nearly impossible to find, but one of the hotel staff got in our car and directed us through the maze. Honestly I'm not sure I'd have found the parking garage, as it's through vehicle barriers and down a pedestrian street down a few blocks and around several turns. The hotel directions were almost of no help
