The personnel is very nice and efficient, they all speak a perfect English. Hard to find such a cheap accommodation in Marseille This part of the City is horrible. On the other hand, is very close to the historical center... ...Our bathroom was without a window and a fan, which was bad. The sink was also in another room. |

The Security in the building complex. The stuff is really nice. The district is a little bit bad, there are very strange people arround the hotel and you really should take care especially when it gets dark. During our stay (3 nights) nodbody came to clean the room, we were very surprised about that. A good relation quality/money was not given. |

As a frequent previous group renter of Citadine facilities previously (in Paris) and one who is on our way with 2 such accommodations at Les Halles Paris on this same trip, I have to state that we were disastrously disappointed with our accommodations in Marseilles on all the points mentioned above. Moreover, the staff's (Fanny) proposal for solution to be signing a guest book, which was already replete with previous guest complaints was not considered an appropriate way of resolving the matter or indded to treat multiple and repeat guests. I fervently hope that our accommodations and reception at Paris les Halles for Nov 8 to 11th will provide more appropriate accommodations and better value for money spent than was the awful Marseille Space accommodation; cleanliness, odours in rooms, totally uncomfortable mattress. The location is also somewhat less central than expected and in an area of somewhat odd neibourghood where you can see pepole relieving themselves out from you window.... Not a pleasant experience!!!!! |

Centrally located, near the main railway station. Free internet access is appreciated. Need to walk to the old port for restaurants. Microwave oven was placed too high up and can be dangerous with hot soups etc. |

The location was accessible to the main tourist attractions. we were anxious about leaving the hotel at night, as it did not seem to be in a good neighborhood |

Appartments are well equipped and clean. The reception from the concierge, Chal, was warm and helpful. I couldn't get the wifi to work although the "wired" internet provided free in the lobby worked just fine instead. |

The hotel was fairly comfortable and is only 10mins walk from Vieux Port. It was really useful to have the little kitchen. It was fairly noisy in the evenings, and there are lots of dodgy back alleys in the area so we didn't feel safe walking around at night. |

The location is central. About 10 minutes from Old Port. The areas around the hotel is quite dodgy and very smelly. There is a kitchen but there is no basic seasonings e.g. salt, sugar and there is no tea bags in the room, which is not very useful. The bed is actually sofa bed for all the studio room and it was not proper bed with bad quality so it made my back very painful after 2 days. |

Very convenient location to Vieux Port, clean, tidy, well equipped and comfortable. Needs a little bit of attention, and a bit of a spruce up. |

The easy access to the Vieux Port and other central areas; along with the friendly and helpful staff. We were very disappointed the sun terrace was not available, as this was a holiday for us and we had planned to have somewhere to sit in the sun, read our books etc. |

Near city centre. The bed/sofa was uncomfortable. The neighborhood. It seems to be a very old citadines aparthotel without maintenance. |

Located in the famous district of the Old Port on La Canebière, in central Marseille, this hotel was entirely renovated in 2009. The rooms feature queen-size beds and flat-screen TVs. |
In the business district, just a few steps from the Avenue du Grand Prado, this residence offers accommodation in modern and elegant surroundings. |
This Best Western hotel is located close to Prado’s Beach, Borely Park and Pointe Rouge Marina. It is also located near the business district and shopping centre of Bonneveine. |
The hotel boasts a gorgeous Napoleonic facade, and it welcomes you in the heart of Marseille, 300 metres from the Old Port, in a semi pedestrian street in the district of Noailles. |
