the staff was really helpfull and the room had all the facilities to cook the room was really old, the location was in a ugly zone and you need to park the car in the hotel and it was really expensive 11,5€ per day |

The staff were very helpful since we had been moved from another hotel due to some glitch on hotel's behalf. They were very welcoming at both hotels. Apologetic at first hotel explaining that we had to go to other one and provided a map and good directions. At the final destination hotel, the staff were once again helpful with parking etc. due to electricity cut off from 9 am til 12pm. Air conditioning a bit difficult for us to gauge. |

Excellent location at very reasonable prices. Close to harbour, shops, cafes and restaurants. Good links with public transport. |

The spaciousness of the 4 person one bedroom room, free internet-wired, location to metro, and the use of the kitchenette. A bit older and worn. |

More than hotel it is appartment location. Cooking stuffs were provided and room was wide (double room) Dishes were not so cleaned and dish soap was not provided. Bed was a sofa bed. |

The staff are nice and helpful. The location is two minutes walk from metro. In the morning, there is also a three-block open air market with everything you can buy from the world around. Amazing! The hotel is well-equiped and the service charge is fair. It is not easy to find as a first time comer. |

Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la place Castellane, avec accès Bus & Métro ainsi qu'un parking avec de grandes places en sous-sol avec accès direct par ascenseur aux chambres. |

L'hôtel était à proximité de mon lieu de concours et c'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai effectué ce déplacement. Assez quelconque, la moquette était un peu sale ainsi que les coussins du canapé lit. |

Confort de l'appartement, situé en centre-ville, avec une qualité de service élevée, bref tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez soi Côté 'hebergement social" qui permet de remplir l'appart'hôtel mais qui amène une fréquentation pas toujours agréable. |

Idéalement situé. Personnel à l'écoute. Hôtel silencieux et très confortable.Possibilité de laisser sa voiture au parking de l'hôtel la journée pour poursuivre ses achats après avoir quitté sa chambre. |

sa situation assez proche du centre ville ( bus, métro très proche) son calme : nuit très tranquille moquette très usagée..... on aimerait un lino ou du parquet ... ainsi que deux chaises confortables au lieu d'une pliante. |

Hôtel bien situé Les sols de la chambre ne sont pas très propres (moquette et lino), la chambre mériterait un petit coup de jeune.....Literie pas confortable. Classification en trois étoiles laisse à désirer....., Un 2 étoiles serait plus approprié. |

Pas de lit mais un canapé convertible (confortable quand même). Absence de climatisation. Robinets de la salle de bains d'un autre âge. Choix dans le petit déjeuner un peu limite pour 85.50 € tout compris (nuit + petit déjeuner). Le reste ok. |
