its very central and nice staff. There are 12 steps to enter the hotel for older people I think it will be a bit of a problem after a day out and even the bathroom it had a very slippery bath, better if there was a shower.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedding was comfortable and suitable for a family with young children. Cooking facilities basic but ok for our visit. Getting very shabby and in need of a refurbishment. We could hear every movement of chairs on the room above us as the floors are wooden. Not as close to the main shopping arera as we would have liked and took about 15 to 20 minutes to get there.

The location is very good - near Metro station, near bus station, on a walking distance to city centre. Stuff was pleasant and friendly. There was a tv with international channels. Small kitchen, fully equiped, was also nice to have... No bed - sofa that can be transformed into bed. Not very comfortable sofa, a bit worn out... The Carpet was not very clean, also worn out. Not the best smell also... All in all - no major problems, but I was not very satisfied and I wouldn't go there again.

L'aménagement de l'appartement est bien pensé. Tout est très propre. Les lits sont confortables et les appartements agréables. Nous aurions aimé que le personnel soit plus compréhensif et coopératif : prêt de chaises en nombre suffisant mais pas de table supplémentaire pour un repas de Noël à 8. Nous avons dû en emprunter une à des connaissances... Il serait bon de trouver, en arrivant quelques indispensables : poivre et sel, sucre... Nous recomanderons cet établissement.

Un très bon accueil, une cuisine bien équipée qui permet de rester "chez soi" le soir. éTant mal entendante j'aurais aimé que le téléviseur soir équipé du sous titrage télétexte. Pour mon prochain séjour (dans pas longtemps), j'aimerais avoir une chambre à 2 lits avec salle de bains équipée d'une douche et non d'une baignoire (plus pratique et rapide)

Sa situation géographique, le personnel est souriant et accueillant, la chambre était propre. Un tout petit bémol toutefois; l'enseigne extérieure n'est pas bien visible lorsque l'on cherche l'entrée de l'hôtel. Je recommanderai cet hôtel à des amis. Le supplément de tarif pour un chat de compagnie.
