I liked the cleanliness, neatness and the convenience of the location. I also appreciated having an electric jug. Thank you.

The room and the bathroom were both decidedly cramped, with no where to put 2 large suitcases. The bathroom had no shelves or cupboards or any flat surface where we could rest a toothbrush etc. The shower leaked out on to the floor of the bathroom.

Walking distance to Parc Chanot exhibition centre. Quiet location, no road noise at the back of hotel, which meant that we could open the window without disturbance. Little kitchenette so that we could prepare small snacks instead of going to eat out when we were tired and make drinks. Monoprix nearby for supplies. Excellent adsl, good desk space. Iron and ironing board in room, good laundry facilities on ground floor.

The little kitchenette could be more efficient - it took fifteen minutes to heat some water in a pan before we could start to cook- which is long when you are very tired and just want to eat and go to sleep. Not enough space for two to sit comfortably at the desk/dining table. The cupboard space to put your clothes in was difficult to access and impossible to put a suitcase - room 502. Hot drinks machine downstairs had no cups available at night.

Location for our trip was excellant.

It is not so close to metro as I expected.

I stayed only one night with my family for a short city trip and business. Hotel is located close to Avenue Prado where you can find metro or bus to access to the city center. Family room we stayed was fully equipped and clean.

bien situé dans un quartier agreable, parfait pour les footeux(près du stade velodrome)

Situation nickel pour aller voir un match au vélodrome, 10mn à pieds. L’hôtel lui même n'est pas très agréable. Les chambres sont petites et pas très propres. Un canapé clic clac 1 place très étroit avec des cheveux dans les draps!!! Le tout est un peut vétuste et mal entretenu. Le chauffage est bruyant et marche pas très bien. Le petit déjeuner est une catastrophe!!! Vous déjeunez à l'entrée de l’hôtel dans un coin minuscule, et vous avez les clients de l’hôtel qui montent et descendent en vous passant devant. C'est très désagréable! Franchement il vaut mieux marcher plus et payer plus chère que de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Très mécontent!!!!!

Avons été satisfait de notre second séjour au sein de votre établissement,(le premier en Septembre 11). nous éspérons y revenir tres bientot et pouvoir bénéficier de meilleurs tarifs. Cordialement votre Madjid
