Nice, clean and very good equipped hotel-appartment. Close to Metro, Moulin Rouge.

If you are a visitor to Montmartre area visiting theaters, concerts fans, bioscoops and public shopping then this is the hotel to stay in. Good price, lovely staff, quiet and in perfect location. If you have a car and your visits are mainly to the Champs-Élysées area, it's also convenient.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at the Citadines Montmartre after it was recommended to us by our parents who had stayed there last year. The location was outstanding with easy access to so many restaurants, hotels, cafes and just the whole "Montmartre experience". A short walk to a Metro station and on one of the L'Open Tour bus lines meant it was easy to get anywhere, although at times walking was the quickest option - but be careful you don't unexpectedly stray into "undesirable" areas ... carrying a map helps!

Bearing in mind we didn't spend a lot of time in our room as we were too busy exploring all that was around us, the rooms themselves were a little "tired" with plaster peeling through the bathroom and a loose shower that we propped up ourselves (didn't request help from hotel though) and carpets and curtains that were thinning. Wouldn't stop me from staying there again though.

Location was great, a great way to experience classic Paris. Staff were very helpful (Santiago was fantastic).

The staff was polite and very helpful at all times. The hotel was in a good location near the subway and buses and also within walking distance of the Sacred Heart cathedral and the Moulin Rouge. It was very quite at night.

There was no housekeeping service at all during our stay. In the five days we were there, no one even came in to change the towels. For people travelling with computers, the telephone and modem should be located closer to the desk for connection to the computer. The current setup, with the phone and modem located across the room from the desk on the night stand, is very inconvenient.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse inmitten des pulsierenden Lebens von Montmartre. Man ist in 2 Minuten bei zwei Metrostationen und in 15 Minuten bei Sacre Coeur. Also ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen! Wir genossen die gut eingerichtete Küche für unsere Essen und den guten (gratis) Automatenkaffee und -tee sehr. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und liess uns auch am Abreisetag das Auto bis Abends in der Tiefgarage stehen. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen Blick auf Paris mit dem Eiffelturm und Sacre Coeur. Bei schönen Wetter kann man dort auf Liegestühlen die Ruhe geniessen. Wir können dieses saubere, gut gelegene, sympathische Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Vor allem auch Familien mit Kindern, welche selber kochen wollen. Mit etwas Improvisationstalent konnten wir zu fünft am Tisch essen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, auch nahe bei der Metro Station. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Die Dachterrasse mit Aussicht auf Sacre Coeur war sehr schön und gemütlich um sich zwischendurch zu erholen.Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem.
