The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes walk from the city center, but a bit far from the tram stops. It's in a quiet, pleasant district with parks. The personnel was polite, friendly, and spoke English :) It worth it's price. The equipment in the apartman was not enough for 4 persons, and there was no washing up liquid and sponge, so we had to buy some things. A Vileda is needed, too, because the towels were not changed during our stay, and some water always spilled out in the bathroom... And in the lifts, the 'ashtray' was full for days, I would prefer a bit more cleanness, otherwise it was OK. |

I like the staff at the hotel. They are very kind and willing to help you with anything. The rooms are only clean every week so that's kind of uncomfortable. |

For the price, one would expect the kitchen to be better equiped -at least soap! And you would also expect some minimum room service. The towels are not changed all along the stay |

Good price value The Opening hours of the reception. It opend at 8a.m. As a stop-over hotel it should be open earlier. It was not mentioned that the beds are sofa beds. |

No air conditioning made for unpleasant sleep although we knew it didn't have AC we had hoped for some better air circulation like a fan. The pull-out couch was very old and falling apart. I slept on an incline due to the mechanism jammed on the bed. The balcony had some cheap plastic chairs on it that gave way when I sat down. |

Had a great little balcony and also a separate toilet to the bathroom - handy when you have 4 people staying Kitchen was a little basic and the knives were very blunt - but all in all a nice place to stay |

I have been at the Citadines Ste Odile before and found it good value for money. It would be good if WiFi could be made available in the studios. |

The hotel reception opens from 8am, while I needed to check-out at 730am. It would have been more professional if the hotel staff informed me about the reception hours at the time of check-in. But again, considering the statue and price of the hotel, I may be asking too much. |

Only stay in room, no other service available. Room is next to office, lots of noice. Also, the wall is not insulated so you basically can hear everything next to office. It's better to have good curtain on window. No privacy ay night. |

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel situé non loin du tram, personnel très disponible et souriant La qualité des sols et finitions (fenètres fermant mal, lino hs, literie du salon très peu confortable). |

Très propre. Appartement espacieux, très commode. Hotel introuvable sans une carte très détaillée et des renseignements précis. J´ai essayé de téléphoner l´hôtel pour avoir des informations et dans ma feuille de confirmation le téléphone marqué c´était celui de la central de réservations que fermait à 20.00 heures, pas celui de l´hôtel même!!! |

La possibilité de cuisiner avec la kitchenette est très appréciable lors d'un déplacement en famille. Il faut désormais s'acquitter d'une somme de trois euros pour pouvoir garer son véhicule dans le parking de la résidence. |

J 'ai aimé la proximité des commerces, du centre ville.J 'ai apprécié l 'espace de cet appartement qui offrait deux pièces séparées.La résidence a été très calme la nuit. L'hôtel est un peu "vieillot" et aurait besoin d'être rafraichi et modernisé notamment au niveau de la salle de bains |
