Access to rooms means going outside the biulding and then inside again some distance away

It was very central.

When we got there they had no record of our booking.

Our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely return. The location is excellent, just a short (safe) walk to the bustling city centre but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The food market opposite the hotel is great for breakfast or buying food supplies if you want to self-cater.

No complaints at all, this is a great hotel. The only slight difficulty might be that if guests are driving and don't know the city, it could be tricky to find because of the one-way system in Montpellier. That said, if a sat nav is used, it's easy enough and the parking under the hotel is very safe.

The tram stop is just outside the door, making it very convenient for getting around town. We also liked having the additional room as we were travelling with our grown up son on this trip. The young man who checked us in was really so helpful and friendly. A very nice welcome to the hotel!

Good price/quality ratio and good position in the city

Room was old (70's style) and I don't like the couch bed (very old and poor quality)

The hotel was in a great position within an easy walk to the centre of Montpellier. The staff were very polite and helpful and spoke good English which was a big help. The facilities in the apartment were a little tired but there was everything needed for a relaxing break after a day seeing the sights.

The apartment was clean but some bleach on the mould around the bath would be a good idea. We asked on the booking form for a room at the back overlooking the garden area but were given one at the front where the tram and traffic noise was intrusive, so more attention to requests would be an improvement. Larger area for breakfast needed--always too crowded so we went out to eat when we would have preferred to eat in.

We were very impressed with the spacious accommodation and its closeness to the local supermarket, shops and market. It was great to have our own balcony, fridge.microwave and hob.The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having a proper bathroom with a separate toilet.

The decor was a bit drab and it would have been nice to have more than English speaking news channels on the tv.

Renting an apartment with separate bedrooms and a kitchen facility is great. Citadines was very clean, close to the city centre, quiet and the hotel staff was very helpful.

Night staff was incredibly attentive and nice

Great price and location. Well equipped kitchenette made eating on a budget possible. Free coffee machine was a nice touch.

The location was excellent and the apartment well equipped. We had a quiet stay there.

The decor was somewhat in need of a make over; lots of brown!

The location is ideal as it is easily within walking distance of the old city centre, everything you could want - shops, bars, cafes, were within a couple of minutes walk.

Because we booked through the internet and got a good rate, we were given one of the few rooms without a balcony. The weather was glorious and we would have used a balcony every day - the hotel was no where near full so we feel that we were punished for getting what the staff on reception said was a good deal.

Localisation.

Smell of sigarets everywhere in non smoking hotel!!! The most curious is that hotel personnel is smoking under balkony and making noice since 6 am! Very loud in the room because of hotel construction... Pitty as location and equipement is realy good.And the most frustrated is that location of this hotel is badly indicated in booking.com. It was realy not nice to waling all around and searching for hotel with two tired kids!
