Citadines Apart'hotel Nice Buffa is situated 110 yards from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. It is also only 10 minutes from the pedestrian zone with its typical shops. Reception is open between 9am-12pm and 2pm-7pm during the week, weekend and public holidays. Our hotel has access to several bus lines, and the train station is only a 10-minute walk away. The typical Nice-style building houses 35 apartments, ranging from a studio to a 2-room apartment. You have access to a private beach (April to September), located close to the property. Cheap, great location near beach and train station, accomidated our late arrivale, we took advatage of the small kitchen and saved money on resturants, it's basially a small appartment

Location was excellent, only a few blocks from Promenade des Anglais and the popular though stony beach.Staff were efficient and helpful, also available every day from 9am till about 7pm. Furnishing was basic but adequate.Prices reasonable for this very expensive area. The pull down double bed in the studio apartment was impossibly uncomfortable.With a decent bed I would recommend this hotel, otherwise, no.

L'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia e alla zona pedonale/storica di Nizza.Il personale è stato cordiale. Avevo prenotato una camera per 4 persone ( due adulti e due bambini 3-5 anni) e mi hanno dato 2 camere doppie, per fortuna attigue.

Bra läge. Nära strand och shoppingområden. Trevligt med kaffebryggare I lounchen på em och tillgång till dagstidningar. Trevlig serviceinriktad personal. Rent och fräscht. Studion väldigt spartanskt inredd. Förstår att det är svårt att få in två bäddar men den bäddbara soffan för smal för två personer.

Sicuramente un lato positivo la posizione,comodo per la vita di mare e altrettanto per raggiungere il centro città. Assolutamente negativo l'appartamento n504,non funziona l'aria condizionata e fa un rumore infernale senza contare le finestre che non offrono nessuna vista

Не отель,а лохотрон. Мы отдыхали с двумя маленькими детьми.Хотя и в рекламе отеля написано,что детям до 12 лет проживание предоставляется бесплатно,мы оплатили за проживание четырех взрослых.Размещались в двухкомнатных апартаментах с кухней.Номера невероятно маленькие.Одно название "кухня","спальня","гостиная"Видимо поэтому нет ни фото ни описания номеров.Уборка и смена полотенец 1 раз в неделю Это настоящий разводняк.За такие же деньги на этой же улице имеется четырехзвездочный отель с завтраком,приличными номерами,сервисом и красивым интерьером.

Хорошее месторасположение. Хороший доступ в интернет, приличная скорость. Маленькие номера.Каждый раз приходилось складывать-раскладывать софу, двигать стол. Вообще, тесно очень! Шумная улица под окнами.

Vi fik de ringeste værelser det ene måtte vi sige fra med det samme der var kun et lille vindue. Min søster jeanne jensen måtte skifte værelse efter en nat med en dårlig sove sofa, jeg og hasse svensson måtte skifte til større og dyrere væelser for at kunne holde det ud, alle værelser var meget mørke. Buffas hjemme siden passer overhovedet ikke værelserne ser ud som jeg kan huske dem for 15 år siden lyse og venlige værelser. Det skal nævnes at vi alle var meget tilfredse med køkken og badeværelser. Og den unge pige I receptionen var meget sød og hjælpsom. Venlig hilsen Lonnie Andersen

Très bonne situation à 200m de la Promenade des Anglais très bien isolé, pas de bruits intérieurs ou extérieurs- kitchenette bien équipée Studio tout petit pour un couple -canapé- lit et petite table pas de salle de petits déjeuners- seulement servis en chambre toute petite ne pas oublier de les commander la veille avant 18h

расположение отеля очень хорошее, близко к центру и к набережной. понравилось наличие кухни в номере. в 10 метрах находится карфор супермаркет, что тоже очень удобно не понравилось отсутствие WiFi интернета. есть только у ресепшина и то не всегда.

Propre, bien equipé, bon acceuil, discret, aimable. Reception ouverte de 9h à 19h seulement, pas de possibilité de laisser ses bagages à la reception en dehors des heures d'ouverture de la reception, dommage.
