Convenience of our own kitchen and an excellent location. The flat was up to date and smart.

It would be nice to have towels changed during the stay. It would be useful if reception were open longer hours. There was nowhere to leave the key as we left at 8.50

Although small, it was spotlessly clean, modern-looking and perfect as a base to explore the area. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the restaurant area and no more than 1 minute's walk to the beach. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.

Being situated on a very busy crossroads, the traffic noise was a bit of an issue. You really had to keep the window closed when sleeping and watching TV in order not to be woken up/drowned out. The glass recycling lorry stopped outside every night around midnight and emptied a large volume of glass - this was so noisy it was almost funny! Not sure why the council choose this time to do the recycling? However, none of this is the fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of.

Within easy walking distance of city centre, bus station, train station, old town and beach. Having a fridge and cooking facilities meant that we did not need to eat out all the time and so cut down on expenses.

The facilities, however, were minimal. There was no kettle or toaster and hardly any work surface. I had to chop and prepare the food on the dining table, which was the safest as the stove was out of view. The bed was a studio couch, which was comfortable - but a nuisance.

Room was small but very nice and very clean, bathroom also very clean. Fine location, i would stay again

I would expect everyday cleaning, instead it was one time in the middle of the sejour at our request. Also one could have the hair dryer only once!!

Location in Nice, it's proximity to beach and the size of the room

It was a bit pricey, and without a pool I would have liked for them to have cut a better deal with one of the private beaches than what they had (or at least with a closer one).

Had booked a studio but this was not available.Given a one bedroom at same price.Very nice! Three blocks from beach. Easy to find with a map of Nice from train station.Saved a lot of money making our own meals and found 2 grocery stores and other fresh food stalls nearby.

Having to go from toilet room to bathroom to wash our hands was a bit odd but one quickly got used to it. Could have used a can opener.

Da die Ausstattung des Studios nicht der Beschreibung entsprach, stellte uns das Hotel kulanterweise (ohne Aufpreis) ein größeres Appartement mit Doppelbett zur Verfügung. Fazit: Wenn uns die Gegebenheiten vorher bekannt gewesen wären, hätten wir keine Buchung vorgenommen. Jedoch machte das freundliche Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotelpersonals einiges wieder wett.

Angegebene Ausstattung des Studios stimmte nicht mit der Beschreibung im Internet überein. Das Bett war eine extrem durchgelegene Schlafcouch. Safe, Radio, Haartrockner etc. waren im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Beschreibung der Studios / Appartements muss im Internet angepasst werden.

Facilite d`acces, proche de la ville

Hade jag fått uppgift om att det var bäddsoffa i studion hade jag inte valt detta hotell. Det stod inte på bokningen, vilket det gjorde på ett annat hotell vi funderat på, men avstod från just av den anledningen. Bäddsoffan knarrade förskräckligt vid minsta rörelse. Vi böt därför upp oss.

offre un accès gratuit à l'internet. Les nuits sont calmes, au moins au 5ème étage.

Chambre un peu petit, pas de balcon.
