Staff was very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is absolutely top: 100 meter from the see and 400 meter from the old town. Very good isolation, clean and possibility to connect to the internet. The (2 person) studio was extremely small, dark and the bed was the (unconfortable and noisy) couch !!. It is fair to say that it was impossible to cook in the "kitchen". Thank god we could change for a 3 person studio with a real bed. There was no room service during our stay (5 days) and nothing was provided to clean the dishes. The reception was closed between 12am to 2pm and from 7pm to 7am. |

Had booked a studio but this was not available.Given a one bedroom at same price.Very nice! Three blocks from beach. Easy to find with a map of Nice from train station.Saved a lot of money making our own meals and found 2 grocery stores and other fresh food stalls nearby. Having to go from toilet room to bathroom to wash our hands was a bit odd but one quickly got used to it. Could have used a can opener. |

Good location Small studios, the sofa beds in studios are terrible, with curvatures, difficult to sleep two together. One bed apartments are much more better. |
