godt udstyr til en uges ferie i Nice. God sovesofa. Værelse til havesiden er meget roligt Der gøres kun rent een gang om ugen, hvilket er for dårligt - prisen er jo ens for 1, 3 elle 7 dage. Vi fik rene håndklæder efter 4 dage ved henvendelse til receptionen, rengøringspersonalet ville have haft betaling for at skifte |

God beliggenhed. Nær ved busstoppested. Nær ved strand. Ordentlige forhold. Gennemtænkt med udstyr (køkkenudstyr, cykeludlejning, EDB-adgang, bibliotek m.v.) Morgenmaden kunne godt indeholde ost og æg til prisen. |

Close to the beach, We stayed 3 nights, they wouldnt replace our towels (extra cost $7 per towel), very dated, needs a new paint job!!! |

It's proximity to the Promenade, beach and bus stop; the kitchen and bathroom facilities The lobby furniture really needs to be cleaned and the hallways can use to be repainted |

It was a perfect choice for us! Very close to the city center and the Airport with a lot of public transport facilities, and all of that in a quiet street. The hotel is nice, the room is spacious and comfortable. I checked the reviews before the travel, several guests found the bed uncomfortable, but it was absolute fine to us. We rented a car for 2 days and we were able to park it in their own garage. There are dishes and cookers in the kitchen with a normal refrigerator, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. There is a big balcony for the room with table and chairs, we hade our breakfast there. So romantic. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. So everything was perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel. |

The location was good - just a few minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and convenient for local supermarket and bakers. Useful to have a fridge in the room and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. When we arrived we were told that our booking had been cancelled and we were left to wait for a few minutes with no further explanation. A vacant studio was found and we were able to leave our luggage in the left luggage cupboard and go out while the room was cleaned. |

Clean, ok size of rooms compared to average in France cities, nice balcony (not normal for city hotels in France!). Friendly reception staff. Internet worked as it should. Although I did not use the kitchen facilities for more than boiling water for my coffee, I guess it can be appreciated, including also dishwashing machine and microwave owen. I notice that some people comment that there is not a real bed but a sleeping couch. I have been into many better beds, but it actually beats the beds in other hotels I stayed in the last month at the French Riviera so I guess it is not too bad. In any case, good value for the money (in particualr the first nights when I got a 100 euro/night bargain). As other people commented, they don't clean every day. So definitely Ok for 2-3 days, but I would probably be annoyed to pay for cleaning after that... |

Good location. Just few steps to the beach. Private beach was available with reduced price. Also waking distance to the old town area. |

Very good location - 5 min of walking from the beach, 3 min from supermarket, 15 min from airport by bus, 20 min of walking from centre and old town. Need in more racks for towels and swimming suits. |

Easy access to town centre and beach. Value for money Beds not made up - on 'put-you-ups'. No clean towels in three days. No cleaner in three days. |

Clean, well located, within walking distance of city centre. Its a basic apartment that is clean, well appointed, and comfortable for a short stay. There is an additional room service charge which is not clearly displayed. Room servicing such as fresh towels, etc is 7 euros. Service charges included while booking through this site do not include this charge. Also, some of the kitchen appliances didnt work - staff did sort it out, but were not very rushed about it. |

It was like living in an apartment and having everything you need to have a comfortable stay already stocked for you such as dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. It was also close to the beach. They didn't come to clean the room everyday. |

Very "professional" apartment hotel. Staff available most of the time with decent reception... Rooms serve the purpose and equipment level is quite good. Very good location, too. Quite quiet too, so no problem taking children with etc.. Basic care of room during longer stay is not sufficient eg. you have to ask for more toiletpaper etc. separately... not a big minus, though... cleaning (during stay) around 30€, ie quite expensive! Cheaper to split stay into shorter periods, check out during stay and arrive at a fresh room with no extra expense :D |

Bardzo przyjemny aparthotel. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni, niezłe wyposażenie pokoju. Czysto, schludnie, spokojnie. Miła obsługa. Rozkładana sofa zamiast łóżka. Automatyczne ogrzewanie wody tylko w godzinach nocnych (23.00 - 6:00); w ciągu dnia ciepła woda może się "skończyć", wtedy trzeba ręcznie włączyć przełącznik ogrzewania, ale ma on tendencję do samoistnego wyłączania się zanim woda się ogrzeje. |

L'impression d'être "comme à la maison" - la propreté - le calme - le petit déjeuner (très correct, bon rapport qualité/prix) Le canapé-lit du studio n'était pas très confortable. Il y avait des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, un torchon mais pas de produit vaisselle. Un petit flacon de produit vaisselle en plus serait bienvenu. |

Hotellet var bra beläget, nära till stranden t.ex. Hotellpersonalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, kunde engelska. Bra med kokmöjligheter i rummet. Dyr frukost. Dålig, obekväm säng (endast en bäddsoffa). Lukt av tobaksrök i rummet. Lite ofräsch wc. |
