La vicinanza al mare a al centro la pulizia era un pò scarsa e abbiamo dovuto cambiare monolocale perchè non c'era l'acqua calda! |

La posizione (vicinanza Promenade des Anglais) e il rapporto Prezzo/qualità Forse si sarebbero potuti sostiuire teli da bagno durante il soggiorno anche se la mattina c'era " No disturb" per dormire |

la gentilezza e la disponibilita dello staff,la silenziosita,pulizia,ampie delle camere,ottima colazione,ottimi gli spazi comuni di biblioteca e internet, bellissima vista interna sul giardino,parcheggio coperto sotto l hotel con codice d accesso,comodissimo.Ottima posizione:quartiere tranquillissimo a pochi metri dalla zona pedonale e a un passo dalla promenade.ottima qualita prezzo |

Very good location - 5 min of walking from the beach, 3 min from supermarket, 15 min from airport by bus, 20 min of walking from centre and old town. Need in more racks for towels and swimming suits. |

Easy access to town centre and beach. Value for money Beds not made up - on 'put-you-ups'. No clean towels in three days. No cleaner in three days. |

Clean, well located, within walking distance of city centre. Its a basic apartment that is clean, well appointed, and comfortable for a short stay. There is an additional room service charge which is not clearly displayed. Room servicing such as fresh towels, etc is 7 euros. Service charges included while booking through this site do not include this charge. Also, some of the kitchen appliances didnt work - staff did sort it out, but were not very rushed about it. |

It was like living in an apartment and having everything you need to have a comfortable stay already stocked for you such as dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. It was also close to the beach. They didn't come to clean the room everyday. |

Very "professional" apartment hotel. Staff available most of the time with decent reception... Rooms serve the purpose and equipment level is quite good. Very good location, too. Quite quiet too, so no problem taking children with etc.. Basic care of room during longer stay is not sufficient eg. you have to ask for more toiletpaper etc. separately... not a big minus, though... cleaning (during stay) around 30€, ie quite expensive! Cheaper to split stay into shorter periods, check out during stay and arrive at a fresh room with no extra expense :D |

A spacious modern apartment, well located for the beach and promenade. There's a supermarket a short walk away, as well as frequent bus services to the city centre and railway station (1 Euro flat fare). Transfer from and to Nice airport is very quick and easy (route 98 bus - 4 Euros). There's some excellent shopping to be had in the town centre, plus many superb restaurants in the Cours Saleya. We had a studio apartment with a sofa bed - this was very uncomfortable and creaky, and certainly took it's toll after a few nights of unrestful sleep. I'd probably invest in a one bedroom apartment next time. |

Nice staff, situated near the beach and restaurants As above I didnt know that the studio had only the sofa/bed, in the evening there was no hot water and after having complained I was informed of that I had to turn on the hot water myself. |

Zeer ruim familie-apartement; dicht bij zee; pluspunt is ook de parking onder het hotel, omdat parkeren in Nice niet evident is pover ontbijt en heel onvriendelijke dame aan het ontbijtbuffet |

La situation a proximité des transports publics. Le fait d'être à 2 pas du bord de mer et de la Promenade des Anglais. Pas de service en chambre durant les 3 jours de notre séjour. La moindre des choses c'est que les lits soient fait tous les jours. On devait quitter la chambre pour 11h et à 9h45 la femme de chambre vient déjà nous déranger. A la réception, le personnel ne salue même pas les clients et les ignore complètement. |

Ondanks dat het hotel in de drukke stad ligt, is het op het balkon heerlijk rustig. we hadden vijf overnachtingen, ze zijn in die tussentijd niet geweest om schoon te maken, handdoeken te verwisselen of toiletpapier bij te vullen. |

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'hospitalité, disponibilité d'internet, personnel courtois et disponible à nos questions, à une rue de la mer, très facile de visiter les environs par les transports publics, près des services Plus de serviettes pour la douche aurait été apprécié, évidemment nous aurions pu payer pour en avoir plus, les chambres sont propres mais le tapis des passages et des chambres pourraient être remplacés |
