Very helpful staff at reception (Anthony). Very close to metro station. Plenty of shops nearby.

The appartment was not very big, and it really was not suitable for the four of us (e.g. an equipped kitchen corner, but only two chairs).

The rate is not so cheap.

The room is very much functional and the location great. The staff at reception was particularly helful and friendly.

I didn't expect a murphy bed and I think that should be clearly stated on the booking confirmation. In addition, the bedding (bed sheet and cover) was quite old and lacked of comfort. Additional pillow cases and duvet would add to the general comfort of the room.

Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast that was value for money. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The location was convenient (near Metro) and central. My son and his family also stayed and courtesy of the balcony his room had we were able to sit outside and enjoy a pleasant drink in the warm Paris evenings. That was memorable.

My room was in the lower basement and I had to wait for the elevator to get to it. My suite was quite well equipped but the toilet did not have a wash hand basin in it. My wife and I particularly expect there to be one. There was only one pillow each in our room and no additional ones available on the first night of our stay, and only one more on the second night.

Location to metro and cafes.

It was really loud. a bar was directly outside our window and had teenagers in the street being loud and obnoxious until 2am. Even from within the hotel you could hear people in other rooms. Having two rooms was nice too but in one bedroom the bed took up the entire floor. Warning about Parking: Short and very cramped, we scraped car on the -4 floor. Terrible parking... hardly worth it. They didn't have any maps to give us either.

Das Hotel liegt beinahe direkt an der Metrostation Parmentier und ist somit idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Paris kennenzulernen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist zweckmäßig, das zum Doppelbett umzurüstende Sofa eine solide Konstruktion, auf der sich gut schlafen lässt. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Bäcker, ein SuperU ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Beste Voraussetzungen, um das Frühstück selbst zuzubereiten und auf das optional erhältliche Hotelfrühstück zu verzichten. Da wir mit dem Auto anreisten, waren wir froh, die zum Haus gehörende Tiefgarage - gegen Entgelt - nutzen zu können. Viele Lokale unterschiedlicher Gütestufen sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Hotel liegt an einer lebhaften Straße. Autoverkehr und nächtliche Kneipenbummler sind stets wahrnehmbar, auch bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Wer das nicht abkann, muss bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen oder sollte versuchen, ein Apartment auf der Rückseite des Hotels zu bekommen. Vermutlich ist das aber fast überall in Paris so.

L'établissement citadines république paris est bien situé (100m métro parmentier, commerces à proximité) et propose un confort (appartement 1 chambre+cuisine toute équipée lave vaisselle compris!!) satisfaisant. A recommander!!

Très bien equipé. Bien communiqué par metro, à un coté mº parmentier et à l'autre Oberkamp (un peu plus loin, mais pas trop) .

Le seul regret est que pour acceder au parking on devait changer d'ascenseur, tout au bout du couloir.
