It is well located , close to the metro , a shopping mall and a open air market . Also not far from the small chinese area and the Butte aux Cailles part of Paris , less known than Montmartre but very interesting I liked being able to read news papers inthe lobby always well decorated with fresh flowers I did not like the business center , too small and with old computers . . . I have stayed at many Citadines over the years Checks used to be accepted and I was inconvenienced on arrival to find out the policy had been changed |

Location close to various Metro and bus lines. General standard of services and facilities good (free coffee machine and water in lobby). Relatively quiet. The pull out beds are a bit odd, not uncomfortable, but not ideal for two people. |

Hotel facilities were excellent..room with internet LAN cable provided and kitchen facilities were excellent also. Booked a studio, the Sofa bed was dirty and uncomfortable |

Excellent location right next to metropolitan line and supermarket. Room was clean, well equpped and most appropriate for a family. Staff were friendly and willing to offer assistance when required. Overall the hotel was an excellent base for the great week we had in Paris. I would definately recommend these apartments for families and would stay again when in Paris. The prices charged to use the washing machines and dryers. |

The convenience of the Metro straight across the road, and convenience of supermarket just behind. The only thing i have to complain about is maybe the musky smell in the room when we left for the day, but it cleared when the windows were left opened. |

I liked the location and the shower was excellent and the kitchen was adequetly equipped. I thought the apartment was scruffy and could do with being redecorated. I expected that we'd get clean towles daily etc like a hotel and was disappointed there was no maid service. |

The hotel is situated right by the Metro which was great. You could also walk to Notre Dame in 30mins as the weather was good. Quite a few nice little cafes and creperies in the area. Overall it was a great location and a comfortable clean hotel. |

The appartment style of the room. The room does not get cleaned every day. Only if you stay 7days+ you get one clean session for free. Otherwise you gotta pay 25Eur per day. |

Hotel is clean, reception staff can speak English, mini kitchen is good, Hotel also has a small common storage room for dumping luggage. Excellent location. convertible sofabeds should be changed to proper double beds. kitchen does not have a wine bottle opener |

Excellent location, transport very close, easy to get to everything with ease. Facilities in room are good, and kitchen is very useful. It would be better if fresh towels were provided every 2 days, and if there was a power point in bathroom for own hairdryers, epilators etc. Lighting in bathroom could be brighter too for applying makeup. Stairs not accessible at 1st floor, preventing use as an alternate to the lift, at peak lift times, and also a personal safety hazard in times of fire. |

Very convenience because just in front of metro, most staff can speak english and free access to internet If possible to improve the housekeeping, during my 3 night stay, no one come to tidy the room till we check out!!! |

Stayed in a self contained studio for 4 days. Thought some clean towels would have been nice at least once. Difficult to dry and did not want to spend the time at the laundry washing towels. |

Location is great - close to metro, shopping and restaurants. Staff was great and keen. They speak English and didn't hesitate answering questions. Studio has small kitchen which helps to save some money in making your own breakfast and afternoon tea. I would stay there again. Sleeping sofa used as a bed is bad idea - you need to pull it out every day and put it back. For people in older age it may be an issue. |

Good location. If you come out of the metro station, it's there. It is a bit noisy outside of the hotel but you don't hear/feel that when you are in the room. The hotel is just 'OK' but not worth for the money. A room light didn't work, sofa was old and stinky, and most of all, the service of receptionists was not satisfactory at all. |

The metro station and Mall ( including supermarche) proximity.Easy acces to city center, mini kitchen in the room - fridge especially, friendly staff and price The stranges bad I ever seen in my life! And don't know why they don't replace with a normal extandable sofa? As it's space enough in the room for this |

Good modern apartment hotel just 1 min from metro station which leads you to most of main Paris attraction with no transfer. Small kitchen in the hotel and large supermarket located in the same complex make it easier and cheaper for families with kids. Excellent reception staff and free espresso at the reception. On the negative side are a few things, which are provided, but do not really work well: air conditioning is provided, but rather week and does not cool the room as much as us travelers may expect. Some windows are opening inside shopping center, which has own conditioning, but some opens to the street. Internet is provided for free - wired in room, wireless in the lobby, but is very slow and runs short of dns connections. |
