excellent facilities with small kitchen that had tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, fridge and small hotplate. Bathroom had facilities for hanging washing and a heated towel rail for drying things quickly. Great location just near Pont Neuf so we could walk to most places. Reasonably priced for central Paris. Washing machine and dryer in basement. Staff very helpful and spoke excellent english. We did not have a shower curtain so the bathroom floor got very wet each time the shower was used. Just a small thing that could be easily fixed.

Fantastic location. In the heart of Paris. A view of the Eifel tower. Close to many good resturants. Close to the rer and Metro. Kitchen facilities useful. Studio room smaller than room we had previously stayed in. Room just a bit tired and worn.

Excellent well laid out apartment for 3 people. 4 people would be a stretch but possible. Kitchen was well fitted out with all necessary features you need to cook a basic meal. Room was very clean and serviced each day and the staff were very helpful. We did not take breakfast but was basic and cost 13 euro. We noticed Airline staff stayed at the hotel. Normally a good sign. The best thing about this apartment was the location. A stones throw from Notre Dame and easy access to the St Michelle metro. Walking distance to the Louvre and Pont Nuef and restaurants of all cuisines around the area. There is no better location I can think of in Paris if you want to see all the sights and retreat back to you room for a rest before coming out for the next session of magic. The only draw back is the price. At over $400 per night Aussie this is some of the most expensive accommodation in the world money can buy for a small 3 person apartment even if it is in an expensive city like Paris. If your budget stretches then I would recommend it highly.

from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, the staff's command of english language was fantastic and we rarely had to resort to our "pigeon french". the air conditioning was amazing as the weather was hot and sticky but we slept and relaxed in comfort in the cool temperatures inside. the windows gave us excellent views of both the eiffel tower and notre damn and the location was excellent giving us easy access to RER and metro allowing us easy travel to every conceivable visitor attraction. we were unlucky to have a flight leaving at 22.55 but the staff stored our luggage in one of two baggage rooms allowing us a full day of touring before collecting our luggage and leaving late at night - all in all the perfect city break location - 10 out of 10

Convenient location, can walk to most sights even with small children but also close to Metro to get home when they get tired. Very helpful and friendly staff. We expected a view over the Seine as friends of ours had stayed there too and raved about the view. Unfortunately we had a room around the back with no view, but it was a very large room. No dining table in a large one bedroom apartment. The washing machine put dirty marks all over our clothes, the hotel arranged to have the clothes redone by an external commercial laundry. When the clothes came back they had removed almost all of the marks but must have used very hot water because some things had shrunk.

Best location for Paris - right accross the Seine, near 3 metros and RER , walking distance to Latin Quarter, Notre Dame and many sights, lots of lovely, lively cafes. Our room was very clean, modern, comfortable and the right size for family of 3 (w/ extra bed) , liked having a fully functioning kitchenette with the all the amenities and access to laundry. Liked the free coffee, hot chocolate and fruits in the lobby. Service was good. We had trouble with airconditioning in our first room - but the Manager, Mr. Tranh, immediately gave us several options for a room change and helped us transfer smoothly. Would definitiely choose this hotel again next time we are in Paris. Avoid some 6/F rooms during warm seasons. The first room we got had afternoon sun and was very warm even if air con was supposedly working well.

This hotel is in a prime position for visitors to Paris who wish to see the main sights. It was easy to find and on arrival, my online booking was immediately recognised and accepted. The reception is bright and modern and the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to visitors to Paris. The hotel is situated overlooking the river and is very close to the Latin Quarter where there are dozens of restaurants and coffee shops. I could not fault this hotel in any way.

Clean, nice apartment, very good situation - wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! No table to eat on! A small kitchenette, fully equipped, but we had to dine on the small sofa-table, four of us... Otherwise - no complaints what so ever!

Rooms were a good size and very clean. Internet connection was free in the rooms and very fast. Excellent location for St Germain de Pres. Decor was a bit like a travel lodge and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

Everything! Staff were very helpful, room was soundproofed from adjoining rooms, no street noise as it looked onto a private square. PC with free internet and printer in foyer as well as internet in room. Good coffee available 24hrs in foyer. Beds comfortable, if firm, and pillows blissful. Pristine clean. Near Hard to find fault with this hotel, but one request: more crockery and glassware please. Great to have a dishwasher but useless when only just enough gear for one meal for 2 people.

The studio I rent for just one night had bathroom and kitchen, both quite large. The bedroom itself was much larger than a regular hotel room of the same size. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is fantastic. Lack of basic ingredients in the kitchen: pepper, salt, oil, sugar.

“We used this hotel for our honeymoon. Location is perfect and people were so friendly. There are supermarkets around there so that we can easily buy local foods and enjoy in the room. On Sunday, there is local market around nearby subway station. There also we can enjoy local foods. This hotel is well equipped and you don't have to bring anything. We went out everyday and we felt as if we were going "home" at the end of the day. We definitely use this hotel again if we have opportunity to come to Paris. We strongly recommend this hotel.” Tomomi, Tokyo |
