Spacious apartment, great location for sites, musuems, metro, train to/from airport (Charles de Galle).

Nice tidy spacious apartment. Brand new and had everything in it, including toiletteries, dressing gowns etc. The location is amazing, short stroll to the Louvre. Also very close to the Arc de Troimph, Notre Damn and Eiffel Tower. I loved staying here.

Excellent staff-polite/courteous and always eager to answer questions and offer suggestions.

The fact that we couldn't stay longer

Location is perfect - 5 min by foot from Louvre, 10 min from museum d'Orsay, everything is extremely close! Interior is very nice. The room is very comfortable. The kitchen in the room will satisfy the most demanding hostess. The staff is extremely friendly. We liked our stay in the hotel very much!!!!!!

This is a good mid sized hotel on the Seine in Paris. It was clean and the staff helpful and responsive. We are planning to stay there again in the fall. The kitchenette in the room was a great way to save money.....have breakfast in the room very inexpensivly.

A little noisy because of the location but nothing too much.

Location was decent but it was a walk to Notre Dame and a distance from the metro.

The beds were uncomfortable, the phones did not work our entire stay (3 days despite reporting them for both apartments), the common hall way was dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is optimal: walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame and Metro stops. The surrounding area has some outstanding restaurants.

Bed was a little firmer than we like.

In the morning is to laud noise, when cleaning litter bins on the street! I think it need sondproof windows.

Location, location, location. This was the perfect spot for walking and using the metro. We could not have been happier. Also, the free coffee in the lobby was an unexpected perk that we enjoyed multiple times a day.

I can't think of anything that was unsatisfactory.

Very clean, staff friendly and efficient. Great location, 2 minutes walk to St Michel underground. Turn right out of Citadine and its a 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame turn left and it's a 20 minutes brisk walk to Eiffel Tower. Would definitely stay again!

Car park quite expensive. 35 euros per night. Prepare yourself for a tight turning into it from a narrow street. There's free coffee from machine in reception but a bar would be nice!

Very Clean, Great staff, Easy location to walk to subway, Louve. Notra Dame with Children. 7 & 11

Breakfast was very pricey for what was offered but very typical of Euorope. We just walked down the street and got creeps from a streat vendor.

The hotel is very conveniently located to many attractions and public transportation. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. There was also in-room complimentary wi-fi, as well as a nice kitchen. The sofa bed was also comfortable, which is a plus for my teenage daughter!

The hotel could use some sprucing up--fresh paint on the walls and new carpeting in the hallways. It looked a little run down in places.

I really enjoyed the service and the Stella and Mounis receptionists. The room is excellent, perfect location. The heat of the room had a small problem and soon they came to fix.

Excellent location at the city center in just few steps from Pont Neuf to Cite island (so, Notre Dame, Louvre, Hotel de Ville at walking distances), a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops around, close to metro stations (Saint-Michel on metro / RER lines is the nearest one) Quite large apartment style rooms with kitchen equipped (even dishwashing machine included); most of all we liked the empty refrigirator instead of ordinary useless mini bar to store French gastronomy gifts

The staffs were friendly and accomodated me and baby. Free hot drinks machine and they even have vending machine for food and drinks, for our convenience. Good location!
