The location is good. And the greatest part is its facilities. Good choice for long stay.

The bed is a sofa folded bed, which is a surprise.

I loved the service when we arrived at the hotel. Always service minded staff. The location was excellent. Loved the free coffie / hot drink.

the internet was unstable and had lots of trouble with connectinon. the internet was not up-dated to todays standard.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. We even walked to Eiffel Tower but that was a long walk. Metro is a better option and close by as well. Good cafes and shops a few blocks away going away from the river. Also shopping on Rue de Rivoli a short walk away. Washer Dryer available but it does take a while.

The apartment was not air conditioned on our arrival. Eventually it did cool down but it would be better to keep it a bit high rather than completely turn it off as the apartment was on the top floor and was a rather warm day.

staff was extremely helpful. family suite was roomy and comfortable. would definitely recommend

Yes, they do not clean the room, change towels or lay the beds unless you stay there for more than 7 days (entitlement one time each 7 days). If you are staying less than 7 days you have to pay to have this service, which is standard everywhere.

In front of the Seine river and close to subway station sait michel, gives easy access to several tourist attractions, on foot, subway and even bicycle. The apartment is well equipped, especially if you're tired and prefer to prepare a meal in the room. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the staff is always ready to give you all information you need.

the breakfast, although varied, should be suitable to the number of guests. There is delay in replacement and, depending on the time, there is no room enough for everyone. The shower is bad, because the water has low pressure, with large temperature variations.

The rooms were great with plenty of room with a great location. The staff were were great.

It was everything all right! Excellent hotel staff, a lot's of facilities. Our room and the hotel was very clean. If I will to go to Paris, I hope, I will stay in this hotel, again.

Very good location in Latin Quarter. Walking distance to Notre Dame, Metro and other attractions. Apartment has good security and very helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable with good amenities. Beds are fold-away style (providing more day room), but very comfortable.

location excellent ,staff efficient, laundry srevices very useful allday coffee, tea ,hot chocolate very welcome.

rooms at top hot because of dormer windows air conditioner not very efficient

The front oh house manager Najib was excellent - he spent an entire afternoon as our interpreter at the Police Station after we were robbed of $5000! He was invaluable.

It was very "tired" and needed an upgrade
