Only a few hundred meters from the place Kleber, right in the heart of the city. The hotel has friendly staff. The 2 person studio was clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. Parking accessible trough the hotel lobby. The hotel was not at all air-conditioned, and although that was exactly as advertised, it would have been nice because of the hot weather. |

The Staff were very friendly - the room had basic ammenaties and served it,s purpose. The Bed was a fold up and pull out type which we had to make up and prepare ourselves. Slightly unexpected.. The hotel location for the centre of strasbourg was excellant. The bed |

It is five min walking distance to the center of the city. Quality-price at the weekend we stayed was ok. The apart for 4 people had a sofa-bed as second bed for 2 people that couldn't be opened completely in the room due the rest of the fixed fourniture. It does not have air conditioning. |

The hotel is in the city center and therefore excellent choice for city tours, it is clean and the staff is kind. Recommended for families with children. The garage entrance is so narrow that medium and large cars could not enter the main parking area. |

Mini-apartment with everything included (mini dishwasher, electric kettle for heating water, toaster, fridge, kitchen towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, lots of towels, heavy curtains to keep the light out of the room, etc., etc. The room with the double bed was quite small (very little space between the bed and the walls!). |

Clean sheets, comfortable mattress, modern bath and kitchenette (cutest dishwasher), very quiet, perfect location, very friendly receptionist Spotty carpets in elevator, hall way and room (could be clean but looks appalling), the garage is tight (know your car's dimensions very well or bring someone to guide you) |

Staff was very helpful--thank you. We really liked this hotel and area, which was used as a travel stop. The hotel is situated in a lovely village not far from the freeway. We will use it again. |

The indipendence of having a kitchenette. Although I was there on business, I would probably contemplate to rent a similar studio/room for holidays I found one of the receptionists a bit unhelpful |

The suite was large, quiet, and very comfortable. The bathroom situation was very nice, too, with a large tub and a separate room for the toilet. The little kitchen even had a dishwasher and was perfectly adequate for breakfast and snack preparation. All front desk staff spoke English well and were helpful, friendly, and professional. There was no housekeeping service over our five nights there. We were inclined to consider this a plus, as we were provided with plenty of towels, don't make much of a mess, and tend to find daily entry for cleaning a bit inconvenient and intrusive. However, some guests might not find it adequate. It's possible that it can be requested, but we never needed it so didn't ask about it. |

The hotel was centrally located and the family room accomodated the four of us with ease. There is a prking garage for the hotel two doors down form the hotel for an additional charge of 15E a day. Parking in the city center is extremely problematic and our Navigon did not warn us of the many streets that are currently closed off. The garage entrance and parking spots are narrow Getting there and the small entrance to the garage. Use a small car or take the train-or bus and walk to the hotel |

Excellent location in the center of city with a large number of parking places (to pay). We stayed in 1bed room appartment for 4 people but does not have enough space and the facility inside the room is minimum. However it is economy pricing and reasonable with the price of 160 euro per night. Discount if you stay over 7 days. They only change the towels and the bed sheets once a week in the appartment. otherwise you have to pay 10 euro for a change (self-service). The view from the hotel was not nice. |
