Citadines Apart'hotel Strasbourg Kléber  

ノートルダム大聖堂まで歩いて5分、駅までも5分というロケーションは最高でした。近くに新しくできたショ- ッピングモールやモノプリというスーパーもあり、買い物にも便利です。表通りに面していない部屋だったので- 、自動車の音はほぼ聞こえませんでした。隣や廊下からの音もありませんでした。キッチン用具はすべて揃って- いるので、自炊にはまったく問題ありません。トイレとバスルームが別で使いやすかったです。フロントの対応- も親切でした。

全体的に内装が古い感じがしました。ツインルームだったのですが、ベッドの下からもう一つのベッドをスライ- ドさせて出すタイプでした。２つのベッドを出してしまうと、部屋がいっぱいになってしまい、座るところはベ- ッドの上しかない状態でした。

キッチンも食器もとても清潔。 食洗機があり、また、電磁調理器でした ベッドルームと別にもう一室あり、広くて快適でした

簡易キッチンがあり、食器や冷蔵庫があって良かったです。町の中心部にあるので、ショッピングや観光にすぐ- 行けて、とても便利でした。

町の中は一方通行の道が多く、車でたどり着くまでとても難しかったです。車の方は道をよく調べてから行って- 下さい。シャワーが壊れてたのは困りました。

Location is prefect! Basement parking area was easy to access from room by elevator. Wired internet access also worked well.

It was within an allowence, but room layout was tight. We hesitated to give free on the carpet to the baby who want to crawl. It would be nice if there were a cleaner and laundry machine.

Perfect location! Walking distance to shops restaurants and tram. We stayed there on Dec. 27, it was close to all the Christmas Markes in the area. It is nice to have the kitchenettes when traveling with small child. Parking on premises is a plus even if it's a bit expensive. Especially in winter when the ground was covered in snow. Even though we didn't need to use it, the tram is just around corner for exploring more of beautiful Strasburg.

Typical French breakfast: sweet rolls, juice and coffee. The Murphy bed was a bit stiff and we only got two flat pillows. Not very comfortable. We arrived late afternoon and asked attendant for directions to Christmas markets. He was very nice and gave us map but failed to tell us markets and shops close early. In my opinion, they should know schedules of big events that brin people to their hotels.

well located in the city center and the "tram"! well-appointed...

Room "studio" little bit small and look like grandmother place ;)

They do not clean and tidy the rooms everyday...it is a "bemol"

Nice and roomy apartment with good kitchen facilities and located right in the middle of the city with parking. Both bedroom and lounge room had a tv.

Only complaint was the floor was very dirty and being a wooden floor was noisy.

Very central, close to the shops and restaurants and public transport. Near a truly great resto called the Bouchon de Briannais

No clean towels, nothing- not even a sachet of tea in the cupboard of the kitchen- I've stayed in much cheaper hotels in Strasbourg where you can at least make a cup of tea on arrival! And where the towels are changed...because its called an apart hotel you dont get either! The parking would be such a huge plus but every time you use it its 10 euros!

Only location and cheap parking. Nothing else.

Dirty, extra charges for standard stuff, small, the bed is not comfortable, smells to cigarrette and some problems with the lift. All in all I don't recommend this hotel, bad value for money.

nice service, good room. Very good attitude to customer.

The price is very good for facilities inside the apartment we get and for the location which is right downtown.

The service is not very good. The cleaning staff did not change bed sheets for the sofa bed and the floor mate (in the bathroom).

Very close to Tram stop from the hotel and also most historical places by walking in 10 min.
