Good value, pleasant staff, central location, parking on-site, free Internet access

location was terrific right in the middle of the town, a nice sized room with kitchen, comfy bed, quiet with no noise from other apartments, on-site carpark. Better than the sum of the parts, a great place to stay

The location was good. WIthin walking distance to most city attractions.

THe car park was very small and difficult to manouevre through the tight spaces.

Location was within the city circle and within easy walking distance of the historic part of the city. Parking within the building. Beds were big even the fold out couch was made into a king size bed. Kitchen area was nice even having a dish washer! The toilet and bathroom was separate making getting ready in the morning much easier for 4 people. Wifi was fast.

The pillows used for the fold out couch were in the closet and did not have pillow cases for them. They also had hair on them like they were not cleaned in a long time. They charged my credit card the moment I booked through bookings even though I was not to be charged until check out. So when checking in I told them that I had already been charged and they said they did not charge me yet. When I checked out they did need my credit card but the bill never posted from my check out so I am fine with the earlier bill as long as I did not get billed twice. I would stay here again.

I've just loved the big rooms, the completely equiped kitchen and the position of the hotel - exactly in the center, but still quite. It has a very friendly staff (speaking all the languages) and helpful in need. It has also a parking area under the hotel which is also difficult to find in the city.

It would have been just perfect... Unfortunately the parking area has lower lighting mechanismus that is difficult to see and scrached the lower side of my car. So all drivers with big large cars - you've been warned!

Roomy apartment, baby bed was set up and clean, apartment had everything needed and nothing was broken

Carpet had many stains which made it look dirty. Same for the carpets in the corridors, if anything those were worse.

The hotel is in a very good location, the facilities are perfect and the staff is very friendly.

The room is small and there was no comfortable place to eat in the room, however the kitchen is really good.

A few extra inches of space between bed and table would come in handy. No information from staff upon arrival about procedure when returning late at night. Door locked, electronic key did not work, was safed by fellow travellers.

Unique lack that towels do not change every day. It is normal rule of hygiene.

Central location in the old city. Very well-equipped accommodation providing a very comfortable "home-from-home". Helpful reception staff.

No air-conditioning (weather was very hot during our stay) although electric fans were provided.

Great location, helpful staff, not to hard to find. The room had 2 bedrooms, great for older children, and the toilet had a separate room from the shower and sink, great for our family! Very comfortable!

they asked for money for cleaning the room, one of the rooms has only one fan and they said the rest are broken, there was no AC of course. and in general it looks like some one has catched your neck and pressing hard

The room smelt strongly of smoke during our stay, this was quite disappointing as the room was supposed to be a smoke free space.
