Cordial welcome by the staff, Complete facilities available as required in an Apart Hotel. No hassles during stay. If Breakfast was included it would have been better. There is no membership available for regular travellers who would prefer to stay in Citadine.

I have stayed at the Citadines many times. Location is ideal, they have their own park garage, for a fee, that is immensely convenient. I will likely stay there again because I enjoy the convenience of the kitchen. They could probably give the rooms a little freshening like new paint.

The location is just perfect,and the hotel is clean I didn't, like the idea of having a room with a sofa bed, I mean the mean reason for me to rent a room is to sleep and the rooms are very small and that's Y they used a sofa bed and there window can pearly opened, besides the WC is in the opposed side of the room away from the shower !!!!!! Over all the room is ok but the price was high

J'ai aimé sa situation au coeur de Toulouse Le canapé lit n'était pas déplié à notre arrivé alors que nous avions précisé que la location était pour 4 personnes. Nous n'avons pas trouvé la télécommande de la télévision.

L'emplacement un débit carte bleue supérieur à ce qui m'avait été notifié sur la réservation Internet manque une couverture - trop froid la nuit VMC bruyante les chambres du 1er étage coté rue n'ont pas de véritable fenêtre (non indiqué lors de la réservation)

Très bien située pour visiter Toulouse a 2 pas de la place Wilson. Chambre de 4 personnes. Manque de chauffage et de couverture dans certaine chambre. Entretien et déco moyen. Petit dej cher et de mauvaise qualité. Pas de possibilité d'ajouter un matelas d'apoint pour un 3ème enfant.

La ubicación es inmejorable, tienes de todo en servicios dentro del hotel o muy cerca, restaurantes, súper , el centro a pie. Las moquetas están tan sucias, que parece q en años no las han limpiado, en la habitación se hacen corrientes de aire, pedí una cuna para mi bebe y me la dejaron ahí sin armar, con lo q cuesta deberían de considerar la limpieza, aunque sea hacer las camas y sacar la basura. La limpieza del apartamento

Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable que además habla español. En las zonas comunes hay te y café gratuito a disposición de los usuarios del hotel, así como wi-fi gratis y un ordenador conectado a internet desde el que se puede imprimir. El hotel cuenta con parking. Habitación limpia y correcta. No hay cama sino sofá-cama (por lo menos en el estudio para dos personas).
