Very central, usual citadines equipment with aprticularly helpful front desk. A wheelchair request got lost somewhere along the line but the problem was dealt with professionally. |

Location is excellent. Just in the middle of the restaurant, movies area. Good communication (metro). Appartments are ok in size. But still a very good choice for a family weekend (4 people fit very comfortably in the appartment) Carpet in the appartment was really needing a renovation. Not really dirty but really deserving some upgrade. Bathroom was also needing some improvement. Parking is not really good if you have a mid-size car. |

It's not a full-service hotel, but good value for a budget traveller. Central location. Fold-down bed (comfortable) means you have more space to move around. |

Staff speaking French to me so I could practise my French. Free access to internet och coffee and tea in the lobby. Helpful och cheerful staff. No handwashing facilites in the toilet and one had to climb to the upstairs bathroom to wash hands. |

It was a nice clean and tidy room with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bath and toilette. The bath was better than the standard in France. They have 24 hours free coffee in the lobby. The window wasn't easy to handle because of a locking device which closed to easily. And the key card had a wrong programming so I had temporarily no access to my room. |

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location, easy walk to all we wanted to see. carpets in the room and the mouldy old seals on the bathroom made the room look untidy and old, but it was very servicable. |

Very convenient for travelers appreciating kitchenette facilities and who won't require daily housekeeping (like changing of towels and making up the bed). Excellent location, good cleanliness, good value for money in Toulouse |

this hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Toulouse. As soon as you walk out the front door Metro and bus stops are within 100 metres. on one morning, very very early, the dustbin men did their rounds which woke all of us for half an hour or so. |

Nice, convenient option exactly in the center. Typical citadines hotel, more like a small apartment than actually a hotel. If you been to a citadines once and you liked it then this is a good option. If you like more luxury/traditional hotel-type services then there are more suitable options in the area. Good for families that cook inside and people who want to work in the hotel. Cleanness. |

Location Guest may receive a smoking room despite a prevoius request for the non-smoking one. This happened with us. The staff did not inform me during the check-in about it and requested all payment in advance. After that it was impossible to cancel my stay and they did not agree to change the room. I think, it is not fair. |

El hotel es confortable, el sofá-cama cómodo y amplio, la cocina útil para ir con niños pequeños, te ofrecen sin cargo una cuna y internet, café y té en el hall durante todo el día. Parking privado más económico que los parkings públicos. Las recepcionistas muy amables. Está muy céntrico, a 5 minutos caminando de la plaza Capitole. No. Bueno, nuestro estudio daba al boulevard Strasbourg y justo delante había una discoteca o bar musical que tenía la música un poco fuerte, pero se podía dormir... |

La proximité du centre ville Le confort du lit et surtout le petit déjeuner. Pour une femme enceinte c'était pas agréable de manger un petit morceau de pain pour me caler toute la matinée |

Lo mejor es su ubicación. Estas en pleno centro. El personal es multilingue y servicial. Dispones de una pequeña cocina, muy practica si vas con niños... La decoración, sobretodo si se compara con la media española, por el precio resulta un poco cutre... |

Proximité de la ville avec le confort d'un gite. Les prix les plus économiques ne sont pas remboursables ou échangeables en cas de maladie. Manque une assurance annulation comme en existe une chez air france. |
