cleanliness. standardized. Kitchen is fully equipped. Next to metro, convenience but turn to be very noisy at night.

Room is outdated, kind of budget (but not really with the offered price). Limited refreshing (no coffee, or just no simple teabag). Limited amenity. No daily cleaning. Not value for money. With the price we pay (140e/night), we didn't expect to sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is expensive, and the automatic parking gate is malfunctioned during our stay. location-wise, it seems to be convenience as it is next to metro. Somehow it turns very noisy at night. Less competitive than local family run hotels. No plan to revisit. Not recommend to stay.

Location is wonderful! Everything is nextdoor: restaurants, metro station, shops, Eifel Tower, car rent, bakery & so on.

Cleaning once a week! Not only cleaning all room is once a week, but changing towels & carrying out the garbage. Changing towels & carrying out the garbage (but not cleaning & changing bed) is available for 8 EUR. IMHO: The price for rooms are high enough to clean them daily.

Excellent location. Many stores and restaurants and walking distance to all the major sites. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

We liked thing.

Room alocated to booking.com were second class compared with the hotel standard. Moreover there were not cleaning of the room daily, as the hotel charges addittionally for that.

Great location - directly at the metro cross-station and bus stop. From our room was an excellent view to the Eifel and Montparnase tower and steel metro bridge. Local shopping street is located around the corner like as McDonald on the right and sushi bar at the left side of doors. The rooms are with good noise isolation - when windows are closed - no street noises inside.

- Location - Metro just in front of hotel gate

- Long and slow check in and out procedures. - No restaurants for lunch and dinner (only breakfast). - No daily housekeeping (about once a week). - During existing in room, you can't order coffee, water, adapter, etc. They have nothing! - No daily newspaper although hotel promised to provide. - 2 lifts with slow and complex system. One was off from time to time. - the man when check-out "Sylvain" really behaved very badly; very relaxed while i was in a hurry, asking me if i need a reciept or not while he had to, and not openning car parking but only after i returned to him. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel !

The room is spacious,kitchen complete,staff friendly and helpfull and best of all the train station is right in front of the hotel. Travelling from hotel to anywhere is easy. In case we are there early we can store our bags there and come back during check in time. Great service.

Almost all the tv programs are in french. To those who dont speak french dont bother to turn on the tv.

Удачное месторасположение, в шаговой доступности метро, рестораны, магазины. В номере все чисто и аккуратно, из окон видна Эйфелева башня! Мы останавливались в номере-студио, есть мини-кухня.

A cama era um SOFÀ CAMA,No segundo dia a coluna ja estava doendo. tirei o colchão e coloquei no chão. Dormi 5 dos 7 dias no chão!!!!!

Boa localização, a poucos metros de 3 linhas do Metro. Bons supermercados, bares e restaurantes à volta. Cozinha completa.

Muitos quartos usam sofá-camas em lugar de camas de verdade.

Ropa de cama limpia.

Sanitarios sucios. Malas camas. Artefactos de cocina que no funcionaban. Aconsejan trabar la puerta por la noche y la traba no funcionaba. Moquetes gastadas, corredores sucios.

Les membres du personnel sont très sympathiques. L'établissement est très propre. Une vue sur la Tour Eiffel très agréable, les enfants ont adoré. Et la petite surprise en arrivant, nous avons été surclassé faute de disponibilité dans la catégorie que nous avions réservé.

部屋に必要なものが揃い、空間も 広めなので、ゆったりとできた。場所も交通機関の目の前なのに外の喧噪が入らず、便利だった。

Clubでの宿泊で簡易清掃が毎日と本清掃１回がついていましたが、簡易清掃で床の清掃がもう少し行き届く- と嬉しい。

Le bruit du metro notre studio etait sur la avenue!

La ubicación es excelente, frente a la estación de Metro Le mott piquet Granelle, se conecta con todas las otras lineas para ir a todos los lugares turisticos, por otro lado, caminando estas en cinco minutos en la Ecole Militare, y en diez en la Torre Eiffel. A pesar de que el tren pasa enfrente, las ventanas están bien hechas y aislan el sonido. Nos dieron una habitación de segundo piso, y se veia solo la punta de la Torre Eiffel, pero seguro que en los pisos superiores se ve genial!. Por otro lado, como Paris es tan cara, uno se arregla super bien cocinando en el apart, y tiene un supermercado (Monoprix) al lado. Sebastián, en la recepción, habla excelente español y es super agradable. Lo recomiendo para pasear por Paris, sin querer gastar mucho en comer.

Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción, y nos dieron un caloventor pequeño. Sin embargo, al dia siguiente nos dejaron una nota diciendo que el tecnico habia venido y que ya lo habia arreglado.
