I stayed 8 days and the Apartment Hotel format suited me very well. I think the location is good, because it is a 20 minute walk to the centre of the city (with its enormous range of restaurant opportunities) and also because it is situated at a motorway junction. There is also an enormous hypermarket about 10 minutes walk away to meet your every day shopping needs. On-street parking is an issue. It is forbidden on the street outside the hotel, but people do park there which makes it very difficult to get in/out of the surface-level reservable parking spaces next to the hotel. Perhaps it's best to bite the bullet and pay (I think) the 5Euro/day for an underground space, so include this in your budgeting. |

We found the reception staff friendly and efficient. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and although fairly basic offered good value for money. The hotel is situated a short 15 min bus ride from the centre of Aix on the number 6 bus route. At peak times the buses were very crowded and we often had to stand. There is a supermarket on the bus route, but it would have been handy to have had a shop nearby to purchase basic items. |

Fair apparthotel Pretty hard to find the hotel when you go there for the first time, the indication on the road is very poor (comparing to the other hotels). |

Very large spacious rooms, balcony, airconditioning and kitchenette Was a little run down also should have provided chairs for sitting on the balcony. The man on reception the night we arrived was lazy and unhelpful however the other people the next few days were very helpful and good. |

The apartment was really big with nice beds. Relatively close to the city centre (walking 30 - 40 min) Unprofessional reception staff. Not the cleanest hotel! very limited pots & pans and cutlery in the kitchen. |

Very convenient location. On a bus route to Aix, good motorway network. Excellent Manager and front of house staff. Very helpful. Difficult to locate, more visible signage needed. |

internet connection works properly The hotel is really far from the city center, without proper connection in the evening and weekends.Staying on the ground floor was inconvenient, I felt insecure in the night. The bed was uncomfortable. |

free internet! I ended up staying 1 night instead of 5 because it wasn't at all what I was looking for. This is a great place for people looking for a long term place, but since I was only traveling for a few days I felt like having a couch and a small kitchen in my room was a total waste of money. |

It was within walking distance to the historic center and the gamous fountain. It is very much what you would expect with that amount of money - but as being apartment hotel the rooms was rather large. |

Big room and convenient facilities in the room. Far location and really difficult to find the place, and when we called the hotel to seek help, we didn't get useful information. |

Nice friendly night porter, helpful staff, room just OK couldnt open the bedroom door - even the staff found it very difficult. From the web site I thought it was closer to the city centre. |
