internet connection works properly The hotel is really far from the city center, without proper connection in the evening and weekends.Staying on the ground floor was inconvenient, I felt insecure in the night. The bed was uncomfortable. |

free internet! I ended up staying 1 night instead of 5 because it wasn't at all what I was looking for. This is a great place for people looking for a long term place, but since I was only traveling for a few days I felt like having a couch and a small kitchen in my room was a total waste of money. |

It was within walking distance to the historic center and the gamous fountain. It is very much what you would expect with that amount of money - but as being apartment hotel the rooms was rather large. |

Nice friendly night porter, helpful staff, room just OK couldnt open the bedroom door - even the staff found it very difficult. From the web site I thought it was closer to the city centre. |

Enjoyed being in a studio apartment for the first time - more freedom with meals, good to be able to eat in too when we wanted to. Better checks on kitchen facilities, glasses, bowls, were missing. |

Je n'ai rien aimé, à part le personnel qui était acceuillant à notre arrivée; Très déçu par les prestations de l'hotel; les chambres sont en l'état, et une forte odeur de tabac régnait dans la chambre lorsque je suis arrivé. De plus, je n'ai pas dormi la 1ère nuit à cause d'un groupe qui a perturbé tout l'hotel entre trois heures et 07h00 du matin (orchestre slovène venu pour la fête de la musique...) |

Pobyt v Aix-en-Provence jsem manželce připravil jako dárek k jejím 60. narozeninám. Mnoho četla o Provence a chtěla to vidět na vlastní oči.Proto jsem objednal ubytování u vás... Líbil se mi přístup personálu v recepci při zajišťování automobilu z půjčovny a při zajišťování taxislužby. Večerní procházky městem s velkým výběrem restaurací a kaváren. Se službami jsem byl spokojen, personálu nemohu nic vytknout. |
