room's quite clean and quiet, good facilities, although hotel's outside city center, a bus goes from center station to it.

This hotel is perfect for those who travel by car. It is located near a shopping center with a huge supermarket. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped.

If you don't have a car, you'll have trouble getting downtown. The cleaning service is applied to the bedroom only and the guests are required to wash the dishes and tidy up the kitchen before checking out.

dirty bedding, dirty sheet (with hairs), dirty toilet, definitely not suitable for a family with child won't choose to stay in this kind of hotel anymore

We had a studio for 4 people. A really nice room with a kitchen and all the necessary stuff to prepare food and a big bathroom with a bathtub! Private parking with a guaranteed personal place at no additional cost. Will stay there again for sure!

If you arrive later than 9.00 P.M. you have to warn the staff in advance to get the code from the keybox. Otherwise you'll pay additional 25 or so eur for getting the key from the staff. Many things can make you to change your arrival time accidentally so may be it's wise to ask for the code in advance in any case just to be on the safe side...

Clean rooms, reasonable prices

Too far from old centre of Avignon, but given the price it was okay.

Lack of wireless capability in room

Very nice self-catering room in a quiet location. Very convenient to new Railway station, but need to catch bus to city centre if you are not a walker. Bus stops are close to hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if travelling by TVG.

Close toTGV and Hertz. Cheap.

The fold out bed was too small for the kids. The shower was very weak.

As my wife is handicap I asked for private parking and booked 2 months before.they took the money 1st and then e-mailed to say we could only park on one night.we left the next day and they would not refund 2nd night.

The facilities were not luxurious but if, like us, you simply require functional accommodation with not frills, they were perfect. The best and most useful feature was the kitchenette in the room

It's should be a prefect place to have honey moon here. Professional service, big room with everything you need, even a small kitchen area. The hotel provide free parking for us, better to park the car in the road. Very convenient go to city center.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed 1 night but worth to stay for this price. I definetly recommend this hotel during stay in gorgeous Avignon.

If you arrive hotel after 21:00 you can't find anybody at reception. Just you need to check your e-mails for main door code and key box code.

The Hotel was clean and well run, the staff were friendly and efficent. All we wanted was somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay while we were sightseeing and the hotel was excellent for this.

We would have prefered if it was closer to Avignon, but there was an excellent bus srvice to the town

The apartment was close to the TGV station - 5 minutes walk and there is a bus stop out the front where you can pick up the shuttle from the TGV station into the city centre for 1.3 euro. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful.

Internet connectio was hopeless in the room (dial up) and the wi fi only available in the lobby. The reception there was not great. There was no kettle in the room to boil water for tea.
