Great location. Great price. Great to be able to have a microwave.
Arrived in Avignon by train late in the day - hotel was just outside the station and grocery store within walking distance made for a relaxed evening.
Good location friendly staff.
the receptionist is very nice, polite and helpful
no ! owe the location bit far away from the center, actually it is not convenient
Very bad quality pillows. no wifi in the room. Far from the downtown.
Great value, clean and helpful staff
Facility, location, parking
Lovely staff at reception. Very close to the TGV station.
A noisy extractor fan running all night. A kettle in the kitchen would be useful. The breakfast choice is a bit limited, although the quality was fine.
The price was great! Close to train station. We weren't in the room anyway! WiFi in lobby only.
Older hotel, could use some updates. It is a "business traveler hotel" nothing within walking distance. No charm.
Parking space in the back of the hotel, very friedly staff, clean room with kitchenette. Little bit out of the centet of town, but good to reach.
Pillow was hard due to clumpy filling...
Staff were friendly, helpful and honest. I left some valuable items in my room after we checked out and the cleaner found them and gave to reception. We were very happy!
Room was very basic.
Clean kitchen with whole set of plates, Bowles, forks and spoons. Big and clean room. Good location, just 5 minutes walking from CGV station. Very close to the bus station.
No wifi in the room
Clan place, free parking lot, good Price
NÔ WIFI!!! You need to go downstair for wifi... Ridiculous in 2014! There is no staff after 21:00!! The place is far from Avignon center, you need a car for à good trip.
Good location for train travel. Secure parking for car travel. Lovely staff.
Few choices for food nearby. Limited availability of food at TGV station, One restaurant in a nearby hotel, but was good. Doesn't open until 7pm.
Ten minute walk from Avignon TGV station. Modern, air conditioned, lift and helpful staff. Great if you are catching the TGV trains and need a stopover. Can get a shuttle train to Avignon Centre fot under two euros.
Not much around, but can get food at TGV station.
Great to be able to catch up on washing. Bed comfortable. Desk staff very helpful.
Didn't realise it was so far out of Avignon Centre, but did learn to use the shuttle as adviced by the desk staff. The fridge was not working well.
The hotel is clean, the bed is excellent and it is close to the TGV station.
To get to town you have to take a bus. I was led to believe by the staff that there were plenty of buses to town, which there are during the day, but I wasn't warned that there are no return buses from town after 8 pm. So check the bus and train schedule. Much more convenient to stay in town and take the bus from the TGV station there than go back and forth to town on the bus from this hotel.
Stuff was nice. Wifi was functional and quite highspeed.
Refrigerator in the same room as beds for 2 people, so it was difficult to sleep, also in combination with heat from outside which was unable to ventilate because air condition was dysfunctional. Small place for cooking. And one more thing - you have to take care of your garbage after your stay - really strange.
Close to Avignon TGV, clean and comfortable room.
Far from city centre, noise from the street at night.
close to TGV, nice and helpful staff, free parking.
wifi only available at the reception area and it is very-very slow
The only selling point , as far as I can see, is its nearness to the tgv Avignon station. For this it is ideal. We needed to catch an early train and so opted for a hotel within easy walking distance of the station and this hotel is the nearest. It is clean, has air conditioning, and the staff are efficient, but it has absolutely no soul.
The hotel has all the charm of a communist era tower block, (admittedly one for the higher Party members). It also has a very prescriptive view on recycling, I.E. you will empty and put in the correct bins your rubbish, failure to do so will result in a 10 euro fine. This is the case if you are only resident for one night and have only a few bits of paper to dump.
everything, especially poor staff
5-10 mins walk from Avignon TGV station which has easy connection to Avignon Centre station and therefore provides easy access to historic centre of Avignon and connections to other nearby towns worth visiting. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. A fault with the shower unit was reported on my way out in the morning and had been fixed by the time I returned from my day's sightseeing.
Studio accommodation should all have sofa-bed rather than fixed bed as this would make a more useful living space for the time spent in the accommodation when not actually sleeping.
the facilities, the behavior of the receptionist, etc
location and this that staff were not present in hotel from 6 pm to 6 am.
