Location is great near to TGV Avignon and easy to travel.
I think the hotel should inform the hotel guest about the train movement and the train service will be limited and should have notice in the hotel notice board with the Train new schedule. The hotel is very far from central and travelling is very crucial.
Very nice, helpful receptionist. Smiley, polite cleaner during day. Reasonably good breakfast, self-service. Comfy beds. Children happy. Facilities for cooking. Free baggage store. Air conditioning. Windows could be opened wide.
Lumpy pillows. Bath fittings worn out and in need of replacing. Kitchen area so small and badly designed, it felt dangerous - no surfaces to put cooking pots/plates/implements.
Location beside train station would be good for those arriving late to the city. There is plenty of free parking. Air-con. Bathroom was roomy.
No character in this area. Need transport to access centre, but this is regular. It's well connected during the theatre festival (perhaps all year too). The pillows were horrendous. Clumps of stuffing in a case. While we didn't require the kitchen facilities and only booked a studio because it was the best price, I must say the one we got was not as nice looking at those in the pictures. Useable though, but basic.
Good location easy for late check-in and early check-out
wifi is only available in the lobby and sometimes very slow. There is no daily maid service and remember to empty the bin yourself
kitchen appliances including microwave, electric stove, hobs and etc. clean and comfort room free wifi at lobby
location and cleanliness
clean room and nice comfy bed. Lift` to floors and new facilities.
The WIfI keeps logging you off and you have to reconnect all the time. But that is typical of Europe so far.
The location, the cleanness
Not very friendly staff. Also strange to take out the kitchen trash by yourself
Nice receptionist fairly comfortable beds ok. comfort
Asian guests that ignore you completely Food smells everywhere No Internet reception Everybody gathers round 4(!) seats in the lobby trying to get some internet, but there are too many people doing that. You have to take the train to go to Avignon and there are no daily passes for the train which means you pay every time you want to go back to the hotel.
Location near to the station as we continued our journey by train
No kettle for making tea, we had to use the drip filter coffee maker to boil water.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. They always give prompt solutions to customers whenever they ask for help. Furthermore, the place are clean and cozy. The little kitchen is well-equipped so that we could make simple dishes with fresh ingredients in Avignon. The location is very convenient and it's very close to the TGV rail station of Avignon. A very very lovely experience living there. cool
good location to visit Avignon; apartment with simple but basic kitchenware; 10 minutes walking to supermarket Carrefour; kind staff.
close to tgv station, quiet, big supermarket nearby, staff helped to book provence tour
no reception after 9pm, far from the city centre
There is no WiFi in the room and the connection of WiFi in the lorry is not that good .
close to the train station, with kitchen, reasonable price
no wifi in the room. have to get online in the lobby
No hair dryer in room, and I need to wait for 3 days to get the hair dryer borrowed from front desk which is really ridiculous, we got wet from the rain outside, but no hair dryer provided to wash the hair, and no 24 hours front desk service, no shop or restaurant nearby, location is really bad
1. very close to the TGV so 5 minutes you are in the old town 2. very clean and spacious 3. good value
doesn't open until 2 pm
have kitchen, we can cook by ourselves
For the triple room, there is a sofa bed, it's not comfortable.
Not Much, I'll never go there again.
Could not find the place. GPS said we are here, but stopped outside a building clearly labelled "Manpower". There is NO street number, and none in the street, and the only sign identifying the hotel as "Adagio" is parked on top of the front veranda behind the trees. So it cant be seen from the road. A number of other tourists were also looking for the hotel. A number 6 at the front of the building may have given indication that this was "IT".
Very near Avignon TGV Station
No 24 hours front desk and can not check in before 2pm, so we have to leave the luggage in the hotel and go back before 9pm to check in. So it is not that convenient if your arrive time is before 2pm.
just few mins walks to the cental TGV, free parking
no wifi in room.
Easy walking access to Avignon TGV - just 500 metres. Staff are multi-lingual and very helpful.
Liked everything but more vending machine options would be helpful since no other eating spot within 500 metres - and that is the TGV station.
Room and facilities were very clean. Also the breakfast was good. The staff friendly. You will definitely need a car to drive around.
The room is spacious. The price is reasonable in Avignon. And it is very close to the TGV.
bed is small. The bathroom is not very clean.
It is about 400M~500M to the Avignon TGV station. So, if you need to catch a train early in the morning like we did, this will be a good option. The room was fairly clean and it does have a small kitchen but, it is located in the middle of no where. You need to have a car or take the bus to buy supplies.
The staff leaves around 9pm (if I remembered correctly) but will leave keys at the reception desk. Travelers from outside of Europe may not be use to this. But, they did have a security guard but I was sure he would help out the check-in process. Internet wireless connection was only available in the lobby and it was very very slow.
