I overslept after an o/n flight/train and still was able to get my breakfast after 11 am. Very helpful staff. They also bandaged me up after a fall. EASY ACCESS from train near hotel by Bus in minutes to centre of town

Great location about 200 metres from TVG station- room was clean, well appoimnted and comfortable- bus stop into town about 60 metres from door- good secure on site parking

Suited our requirements for a three night stay just fine

Reason for choosing it was that it was near the tgv station and we were arriving after midnight. It is about 300m from the station, but nothing there is well signposted so we weren't sure we were going in the right direction when we found the hotel - make sure you have a map with the route clear.

Reception (desk/phone) is not manned 24 hrs so we had pin numbers to get in and get our key from a locked key box, but things didn't quite work out as they should have (box wasn't locked, our key wasn't there and their phone didn't answer). Presumably someone else had taken ours, so we just took the key with the name that looked closest to ours.

Good value for money

A bit of a depressing location unless you truly desire to be near to the TGV station.

Efficient

Very hard to find - no signposting - it took me (and others I met there) hours of going round the rocade and tgv area before finally getting to the hotel.

The location is perfect for our 5 nights stay. It is close to everything and has a secured free parking. Savannah at the reception desk is very helpful and speaks fluent English. Our room is always clean and tidy by the time we get back in the evening. The kitchen is perfect for a long stay.

We had earlier stayed at Citea Tours which was great. Based on the Citea standards, we chose Citea Avignon. Although the four of us enjoyed our 2 days stay there, we were disppointed that the Avignon standards fall below that of its sister hotel at Tours

The Citea Avignon is an older hotel apartment than its sister in Tours and its array of breakfast offerings also fell short of the Tours place. The Tomtom GPS I had could not pick the address (just street) and with the Citea name less prominent and another name beginnning with a K prominently displayed...... I missed finding the place twice.

Citea Avignon provides free parking space that's the reason I had chosen this hotel. Reasonable price.

No response when sent emails to ask for door code at last need to call hotel to find out. One receptionist was helpful and friendly but another receptionist showed long face when you asked her a question. Curtain looks old and dusty. Bed cover is a little bit of dirty.

The location is near to TGV station. but you have to take the bus to go to cantre city which wil cost you 1.2 euro once. The price does not include the breakfast. It is quiet at night. We appreciate the excellent work of the staff, they are very nice and sweet.

Small kitchenette for cooking with fridge, nice bathroom, very clean and convenient to old city center and tgv station. Good value for a city visit and very convenient.

Citea Avignon is within walking distance to the tgv train station so its very conveniently located. The shuttle bus to Avignon town centre is about 10-15 mins ride with a 20 minutes frequency to and fro town so this is another plus point. The ride costs Euro 1.20 per way. The studiio that we booked has a microwave owen, hot plates for light cooking and utensils are provided as well. We chose this hotel for the location and the price. Initially we thought it would be better to stay at the town centre where the action is but we found later that the shops are closed early at around 7-8pm unless one is dining or having drinks.

The extra facilities of kitchenette. Plus free WiFi.
