The advertised "free wifi internet access" is a lie - only in the lobby, the internet cables were broken, the desk had no replacements, the plug was behind the bed and nowhere near a desk, and the service was never functioning. Chaos pure at the reception desk, rude help and they were not even capable of ordering a taxi; I had to run two kilometers uphill to catch my train. The hotel is a disaster. The room was dark, dirty and drafty.

this hotel was very difficult to find. The name is Citea and the sign outside is extremely small, the car park was not well signposted either!

Staff was friendly, but there are some things, which I didn't like- you have to clean the rooms and take away all rubbish away... The garage is only for small cars...:)

We have booked first the 2-Room family apartment in this hotel. But finally have to changed to 2 double rooms which has cost us almost x2 . The reason was that the 2nd bad in the family apartment is very narrow and would pass for the 2 kinds under 8-max 10 Y. only. Another surprise was that the hotel guests have to clean the rubbish by yourself. It was not mentioned in the hotel description. Overall 66 eur for double room without breakfast is too expensive. I would not recommend this hotel for the families .

We stayed in a two-room apartment, which came with a small kitchenette and private bathroom. It even had a patio. We only really used the bedrooms, but it was a good experience and perfect for traveling as two couples together.

The check-in time ends early, so be warned if you are coming in late at night. Also, parking is a bit of a pain, so just keep an eye out for the proper parking lot, which is directly beside the building. You need a garage door opener from reception to enter the garage.

The central location within walking distance from the old city.

The kitchenette including the cleaning set, size and equipment of the appartment, extremely kind service at the reception

per double bed there is only one big blanket available which has to be shared, not one blanket for each person

La chambre/appartement avec sa petite kitchnette et les 2 chambres séparées est vraiment pratique quand on a des enfants.

Bon accueil et personnel aimable. Toujours prêts à nous renseigner. Les chambres sont pratiques et le coin kichenette est très appréciable. Un parking souterrain est à disposition. Transports publics et Vélocity tout à proximité. On reviendra

Famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge, il y avait assez de place pour nous quatre l'avantage d'une kitchenette on peut faire le petit déjeuner, établissement correct au niveau hygiène et confort

Le bruit, un groupe de personne qui ont mis la musique à fond qui dansait et qui chantait toute la nuit à 3 porte de la notre !!!!! a la réception on m'a assuré que s'était inhabituel ....... et qu'ils étaient désolé pour ce dérangement .........
