Hotel location was good for visiting Giverny and access to Poissy train station. Price was reasonable if all advertised facilities were available. Booked double room only twin available and booked parking however none was available. The bed in our room had been put together incorrectly and had a 10cm difference between left and right. On the second night we had no hot water in the apartment and as the desk was unattended we couldn't get it addressed until 7.30 next morning. The web site indicated parking, however on site parking was only available for owners and insufficient to cater for hotel users. Staff were blunt and unhelpful. Not the best hotel stay over our 3 weeks. |

rooms practical,and very clean,good access for rnr trains and access to paris. lack of hot water ,and showering facilitys werent that good.parking poor |

We arrived after check-in time and the staff were surprisingly nice and responsible to give us a call to leave us required information how to get in. Normally it should be us giving them a call but they did instead. The facilities are lip-smackingly clean It would be more helpful if some information was left on the road close to the place. It was a bit hard to find it as first. |

The staff we met were extremely pleasant and welcoming, particularly the lady at reception last Saturday The lack of clean towels and toilet paper - not adequate for the 4 of us in the apartment. |

On sundays and public holidays, rhe recepution is close from 11-14,so I have to wait till it's open.(weekdays are fully open till 20) |

It was near the rer station. Estaba cerca de la estación de Cercanías. After I left they charged my visa card with 23 more euros, using the excuse "the kitchen had not been cleaned by the guest". This is a lie, since we washed up completely and charging my visa without my agreement is a robbery. The kitchen was completely cleaned by us, actually it was much cleaner than when we arrived and found most dishes sticky. Telephone complaint was completely useless. They are a bunch of thieves, don't even think to come to that hotel. Después de irme me cargaron a la Visa 23 euros más, bajo la excusa de que no había limpiado la cocina al irme. Es mentira, pues lo limpiamos todo, y hacer un cargo a mi visa sin mi consentimiento es un robo. Protestar por teléfono fue inútil, son una panda de ladrones, no vengan al hotel. |

A little away from Paris but if you have a car it's an excellent place to stay.Reception does not speak English this gives you a chance to improve your French;) |

Very convenient for trip to Paris with good parking and train station nearby. Ideal for what we wanted to do. No kettle or drink making facilities in the room which would have been appreciated in the morning |

The place is just ok They could not provide extra blankets! Their rules say that they would charge additionally to clean the kitchennette. What is this place an apartment hotel or youth hostel? |

Basic apartments hotel at Paris suburbs close to Verssillle. The apartment was clean and has in addirtion to thw toilets and bath room a small kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove and microwave. The rooms were very small so the space in the apartment wasn't much more than a family hotel room. There was no air condtioning in the hotel . It was hard to find a parking spot next to the hotel. |

We liked the location, because it's near Paris, and it's a cheaper accomodation alternative , at 15-20 minutes from Paris, with the RER . (station Charles de Gaulle-Etoile). The services were ok, nothing to complain |

Very nice hotel, clean, excellent value for money, friendly staff, reasonable public transport links into central paris. Plenty of places to eat locally although closes by 11pm. Parking a little difficult late at night, however you could find a space with a 3 minute walk back to hotel. |

Sehr gutes, komfortables Hotel zu Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.Man muss die Check-Inn Zeiten beachten, damit man seinen Schlüssel bekommt. Dies ist aber auch schon alles. Und wenn man dies vorher weiß, ist es ein völlig unproblematisches Hotel. Was eine Empfehlung wert ist. Das begrenzte Zeitfenster für Check-In und für das Frühstück. |

o Sossego, o silencio nas horas de descanso, o facto de ter cozinha totalmente equipada para podermos confecionar as refeições e não ficarmos sujeitos á cozinha francesa (q n gostamos) e aos preços praticados em Paris pela restauração. Excluindo dois dias sem água quente no quarto após as 21:30 (hora em que fecha a recepção!) correu tudo bem. Solução: banho de água gelada... |
