excellent location just outside city centre but right by a tram stop into town for €1.30 in 5 minutes. no air conditioning |

DO NOT CHECK IN LATE - we were locked out and missed our accommodation - there were no emergency numbers and all numbers we could find went through to answering machines - found another couple that had been locked out as they were not given the pin code to re-enter the building once reception closed - dont recommend staying at this chain |

The hotel is near trams, city centre and value for money. The housekeeping was poor, which personally I felt let the hotel down. |

L'indépendance, l'accès direct aux chambres, on garde sa clé donc pas besoin de la demander ou de la déposer chaque fois que l'on bouge.La kitchenette suffisament équipée pour nous permettre une restauration sur place.Mon séjour à duré 4 nuits, j'ai apprécié le calme de l'hotel et son accès facile. Le téléviseur, un peu trop petit et simplement posé sur le coin du bureau. |

J'ai aimé le calme de la chambre, et ses dimensions relativement spacieuses, ses deux tables, l'une pour manger l'autre pour travailler, la connexion internet, la petite pièce d'entrée qui forme un sas séparant du couloir ... de très bonnes conditions de séjour. Le couvre lit qui sentait le vieux tabac, malgré l'aération de la chambre toute la journée. L'hôtel est affiché non-fumeur, mais certains sont encore intoxiqués, hélas. |

Même si éloigné du centre ville, en 5 mn de voiture on peut se trouver au coeur de Nantes. Tout est très fonctionnel : pour y travailler avec un vrai bureau et un accès par câble à internet; pour y vivre en se faisant sa cuisine car tout est prévu pour cela. |

L'espace de la chambre et de la salle de bain est vraiment bien, comme l'équipement d 'une mini kitchenette qui permet de ne pas avoir un budget almentation explosé; accès internet très pratique ; espace dédié aux fumeur à chaque étage c'est sympa d'y avoir pensé. Et en plus l'accueil est souriant, agréable et pas standardisé. Le nettoyage des murs, luminaires, et table tv + bureau laisse à désirer franchement ; pour internet, problème de débit aux heures de pointe; la tv est un peu petite car très loin du lit alors pour un bigleux comme moi c'était peu pratique. |
