Friendly and helpful staff... Big and clean rooms. Bit far from center or any kind of convenience store, but is on the tram line. The walk to the center was very nice also. As a bonus, I had a slight internet problem and they immediately contacted me with the technician who spoke english and was able to solve it very fast.

Sheets and blankets, instead of duvets. Convenient for the tram into town. Little kitchen for making hot drinks etc. Quiet in the main. Adequate continental breakfast.

óTimo hotel. Limpo e com tudo funcionando. Excelente atendimento do pessoal de recepção. Recomendo e se voltar para Nantes pode apostar que está será minha escolha. Somente a localização apesar de saber que era um pouco longe do centro. Mas tinha um serviço de tram pertinho do hotel que resolveu o problema de deslocamento.

хороший отель, расположен недалеко от центра города (4 остановки на трамвае или 20 мин пешком). комнаты чистые, есть необходимая посуда и небольшая кухня, можно готовить ужины самому. в комнатах тихо, никакие шумы не раздражают. в отеле не было фена, на reception сказали, что фены у них закончились.

Residence situato sulla collina difronte alla Loira.Ci siamo trovati molto bene perche' le stanze sono pulite e moderne e l'angolo cottura e' accogliente, la camera da bagno e' grande e pulita. Insomma e' andato tutto bene e il servizio di portineria ottimo. Ve lo consigliamo,Il parcheggio e' vicino all'albergo e I tram dietro all'albergo. Buon soggiorno. Lia e roberto treviso

La chambre studio était bien aménagée, le sol (parquet flottant récent) et les meubles propres, en bon état et disposés intelligement. Pour l'entretien (c'est une formule résidentielle) il y avait un kit de nettoyage complet. Le quartier est tranquille (pas grand chose à y voir certes) mais à 10 min du centre par le tramway. Le personnel à l'accueil est aimable. Un seul problème : une odeur très forte de cendres de tabac dans le matelas et les oreillers. Pour moi, pas possible de dormir. Pour la seconde nuit, la personne de l'accueil m'a gentiment proposé une autre chambre et il y avait le même problème. La 3eme nuit, j'ai dormi dans un autre hôtel. Remarque : l'hôtel est à présent "non fumeur". Donc en demandant une chambre "non fumeur", on aura n'importe quelle chambre, avec la possibilité que ce soit une ancienne chambre "fumeur".
